Tipped Cigarette Roller Apparatus

Abstract

A tipped cigarette roller apparatus for rolling cigarettes with a glass tip includes a roller frame having a left side, a right side, and a bottom side. Each of the left side and the right side has a back axle aperture and a front axle slot extending therethrough. The left side has a tip aperture extending therethrough between the back axle aperture and the front axle slot. The tip aperture is configured to receive a collar of a glass cigarette tip. A back roller is coupled to the roller frame and has a back axle rotatably coupled within the back axle aperture of the left side and the right side. A front roller is coupled to the roller frame and has a front axle rotatably and slidably coupled within the front axle slot of the left side and the right side.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A tipped cigarette roller apparatus comprising:
 a roller frame, the roller frame having a left side, a right side, and a bottom side, each of the left side and the right side being perpendicularly coupled to the bottom side, each of the left side and the right side having a back axle aperture and a front axle slot extending therethrough, the left side having a tip aperture extending therethrough between the back axle aperture and the front axle slot, the tip aperture being configured to receive a collar of a glass cigarette tip;   a back roller coupled to the roller frame, the back roller having a back axle rotatably coupled within the back axle aperture of the left side and the right side of the roller frame; and   a front roller coupled to the roller frame, the front roller having a front axle rotatably and slidably coupled within the front axle slot of the left side and the right side of the roller frame.   
     
     
         2 . The tipped cigarette roller apparatus of  claim 1  further comprising the back axle aperture of each of the left side and the right side being adjacent a back edge of the roller frame and the tip aperture being adjacent the bottom side. 
     
     
         3 . The tipped cigarette roller apparatus of  claim 1  further comprising the roller frame having rounded corners. 
     
     
         4 . The tipped cigarette roller apparatus of  claim 1  further comprising the front axle slot being J-shaped and having a straight portion and a hooked portion, the straight portion extending at an angle from proximal a front edge of the roller frame towards a top edge of the roller frame, the hooked portion curving towards the bottom side. 
     
     
         5 . The tipped cigarette roller apparatus of  claim 4  further comprising a diameter of the back axle and the front axle being less than a diameter of the back roller and the front roller. 
     
     
         6 . A tipped cigarette roller apparatus comprising:
 a roller frame, the roller frame having a left side, a right side, and a bottom side, each of the left side and the right side being perpendicularly coupled to the bottom side, the roller frame having rounded corners, each of the left side and the right side having a back axle aperture and a front axle slot extending therethrough, the front axle slot being J-shaped and having a straight portion and a hooked portion, the straight portion extending at an angle from proximal a front edge of the roller frame towards a top edge of the roller frame, the hooked portion curving towards the bottom side, the left side having a tip aperture extending therethrough between the back axle aperture and the front axle slot, the back axle aperture of each of the left side and the right side being adjacent a back edge of the roller frame and the tip aperture being adjacent the bottom side, the tip aperture being configured to receive a collar of a glass cigarette tip;   a back roller coupled to the roller frame, the back roller having a back axle rotatably coupled within the back axle aperture of the left side and the right side of the roller frame; and   a front roller coupled to the roller frame, the front roller having a front axle rotatably and slidably coupled within the front axle slot of the left side and the right side of the roller frame, a diameter of the back axle and the front axle being less than a diameter of the back roller and the front roller.   
     
     
         7 . A tipped cigarette roller apparatus and cigarette tip combination comprising:
 a cigarette tip, the cigarette tip having a collar and a mouthpiece;   a roller frame, the roller frame having a left side, a right side, and a bottom side, each of the left side and the right side being perpendicularly coupled to the bottom side, the roller frame having rounded corners, each of the left side and the right side having a back axle aperture and a front axle slot extending therethrough, the front axle slot being J-shaped and having a straight portion and a hooked portion, the straight portion extending at an angle from proximal a front edge of the roller frame towards a top edge of the roller frame, the hooked portion curving towards the bottom side, the left side having a tip aperture extending therethrough between the back axle aperture and the front axle slot, the back axle aperture of each of the left side and the right side being adjacent a back edge of the roller frame and the tip aperture being adjacent the bottom side, the tip aperture receiving the collar of the cigarette tip;   a back roller coupled to the roller frame, the back roller having a back axle rotatably coupled within the back axle aperture of the left side and the right side of the roller frame; and   a front roller coupled to the roller frame, the front roller having a front axle rotatably and slidably coupled within the front axle slot of the left side and the right side of the roller frame, a diameter of the back axle and the front axle being less than a diameter of the back roller and the front roller.   
     
     
         8 . The tipped cigarette roller apparatus of  claim 7  further comprising the cigarette tip being glass. 
     
     
         9 . The tipped cigarette roller apparatus of  claim 7  further comprising the collar being cylindrical and the mouth piece being flattened and flared.
