Abstract

Provided is an airbag capable of smoothing out a wrinkled shirt through a wind, and more particularly, to an airbag which is able to be repeatedly used even when using hot air and provided at a low cost. To this end, the airbag includes a woven cloth and a coating layer formed by coating the woven cloth with a molten resin for maintaining airtightness, and a plurality of fine air holes are punched by using heat, so that uniform fine air holes are formed, and the fine air holes are prevented from being widened by the hot air.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An airbag for drying and an anti-wrinkle treatment of a garment through fine air holes, in which an airbag ( 100 ) has an inner space, has a garment shape, and is inflated while maintaining airtightness when air is injected through an air injector, a plurality of fine air holes are formed through the airbag ( 100 ) so that the air is discharged through the fine air holes as the airbag ( 100 ) is inflated, and wrinkles of the garment surrounding the airbag ( 100 ) are smoothed out as the air is discharged simultaneously with the inflation of the airbag ( 100 ), wherein the airbag ( 100 ) is formed of a vinyl sheet fabric ( 10 ) obtained by coating a woven cloth ( 11 ) with a molten resin and drying the molten resin to form a coating layer ( 12 ) on the woven cloth ( 11 ) so as to maintain the airtightness,
 the airbag ( 100 ) has a neck part provided on an upper side of a torso part and having a fore end which is blocked, arm parts provided on left and right sides of the neck part and having fore ends which are blocked, and an opening/closing zipper device provided at the torso part,   the fine air holes are arranged in a single row or a plurality of rows on left and right sides along the opening/closing zipper device which is provided at a front portion of the torso part ( 130 ), and the fine air holes are arranged in a single row or a plurality of rows on an upper side of the opening/closing zipper device, such that the fine air holes have a ‘T’ shape,   the airbag ( 100 ) has an adjustment zipper device ( 40 ) provided at left and right flank portions of the torso part to adjust a size, in which a margin width part ( 41 ) configured by a folding line is provided on an inner side of the adjustment zipper device ( 40 ), and the fine air holes are arranged in a single row or a plurality of rows on left and right sides of the folding line, and   an aggregation part of the fine air holes is formed at the fore end of the arm part.   
     
     
         2 . The airbag of  claim 1 , wherein a fiber yarn ( 13 ) used when weaving the woven cloth ( 11 ) includes a synthetic fiber yarn maintained at a constant thickness, and has integrity such that the coating layer ( 12 ) is not detached from the fiber yarn ( 13 ) when the coating layer ( 12 ) is formed on the fiber yarn ( 13 ) by meting a resin, coating the fiber yarn ( 13 ) with the molten resin, and drying the molten resin. 
     
     
         3 . The airbag of  claim 1 , wherein the fine air hole ( 15 ) is formed by a heated pin so that an edge of the fine air hole ( 15 ) is melted and an edging ( 16 ) is formed along the edge of the fine air hole ( 15 ). 
     
     
         4 . The airbag of  claim 1 , wherein a folded part ( 101 ) is provided to form a sewing line ( 102 ) when the airbag ( 100 ) is manufactured in the garment shape. 
     
     
         5 . The airbag of  claim 1 , wherein an opening part ( 131 ), which is formed at a bottom of the torso part of the airbag ( 100 ) and connected to the air injector ( 1 ), has a burring part ( 133 ) configured to make close contact with a shaft ( 4 ) of an injection port by a predetermined width when a close-contact rim ( 132 ) for maintaining the airtightness is inserted into the injection port ( 3 ) of the air injector ( 1 ), so that an inflation power of the airbag ( 100 ) is increased by maintaining the airtightness. 
     
     
         6 . The airbag of  claim 1 , wherein the fine air holes ( 15 ) are arranged in a single row or a plurality of rows at a rear portion corresponding to the front portion of the torso part of the airbag ( 100 ) in a same manner as the front portion of the torso part of the airbag ( 100 ).
