Abstract

A desk lifting structure contains: a horizontal rod, an actuation rod, and two legs. The horizontal rod includes two orifices and two locking grooves. The two locking grooves have two engagement portions, two openings, and two guide portions respectively. The actuation rod is located beside and is parallel to the horizontal rod, and the actuation rod includes two movable joints. The two legs include two movable supports and two holders individually. The movable supports have two connection members respectively, the two legs are connected with two ends of the actuation rod respectively, the two connection members have two side plates individually, and the two side plates have two first fixing apertures and two second fixing apertures respectively.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A desk lifting structure comprising:
a horizontal rod including two orifices defined adjacent to the two ends of the horizontal rod respectively, and the horizontal rod including two locking grooves formed among the two orifices and the two ends of the horizontal rod individually, wherein the two locking grooves have two engagement portions arranged on two upper ends thereof respectively, two openings defined on two lower ends of the two locking groove individually, and two guide portions defined among the two engagement portions and the two openings respectively; an actuation rod located beside and being parallel to the horizontal rod, and the actuation rod including two movable joints arranged adjacent to the two ends of the actuation rod individually; two legs being symmetrical and including two movable supports and two holders fixed on two lower ends of the two legs individually, the movable supports having two connection members arranged on two upper ends thereof individually, wherein the two legs are connected with two ends of the actuation rod respectively so as to drive the two movable supports of the two legs to lift synchronously, and the two connection members have two side plates individually, wherein the two side plates have two first fixing apertures and two second fixing apertures respectively, the two side plates contact with two ends of the horizontal rod individually, and two joining elements are inserted into the two orifices of the horizontal rod to screw with the two first fixing apertures of the two connection members of the two legs respectively so that the two legs rotatably expand and retract along the two joining elements relative to the horizontal rod; wherein when the two legs expand or retract, the two movable joints of the actuation rod rotate with the two legs, and two screwing elements are screwed with the two second fixing apertures of the two connection members of the two legs individually, wherein when the two legs are rotated to be perpendicular to the horizontal rod, the two screwing elements are retained into the two locking grooves of the horizontal rod.

2 . The desk lifting structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the horizontal rod includes a first connection component and two second connection components movably accommodated into two ends of the first connection component respectively so that the horizontal rod is movable; the actuation rod includes a first coupling part and two second coupling part movably accommodated in two ends of the actuation rod respectively so that the actuation rod is movable.

3 . The desk lifting structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the two movable joints include two first positioning components and two second positioning components respectively, the two first positioning components have two first rotatable connecting portions extending from two ends of the two first positioning components respectively, the two second positioning components have two second rotatable connecting portions extending from two ends of the two second positioning components individually, and the two first rotatable connecting portions of the two first positioning components are rotatably connected with the two second rotatable connecting portions of the two second positioning components respectively.

4 . The desk lifting structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising two support racks locked on the two ends of the horizontal rod and the two upper ends of the two legs.
