Opening-closing assembly for tobacco heater

Abstract

An opening-closing assembly used for a heater for heating a heated tobacco product allows smooth and comfortable opening and closing operations. The opening-closing assembly for a tobacco heater includes a base including a first guide and a second guide and having an opening, a cover attached to the base and having an opening at a position corresponding to the opening in the base, and a lid guidable by the first guide to have a constant interval from the cover, and guidable linearly by the second guide to open and close the openings.

1 . An opening-closing assembly for a tobacco heater, the assembly comprising:
 a base including a first guide and a second guide, the base having an opening;   a cover attached to the base, the cover having an opening at a position corresponding to the opening in the base; and   a lid guidable by the first guide to have a constant interval from the cover, and guidable linearly by the second guide to open and close the openings.   
     
     
         2 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the first guide is substantially perpendicular to a direction in which the base and the cover overlap, and   the second guide is on a surface of the base facing the cover.   
     
     
         3 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the cover has a curved surface,   the first guide has a shape conforming to the curved surface of the cover in a movable range of the lid, and   the second guide is linear in a direction in which the openings are open and closed.   
     
     
         4 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein
 at least one of the first guide or the second guide includes a stopper configured to restrict movement of the lid at two ends of a movable range of the lid.   
     
     
         5 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein
 at least one of the first guide or the second guide includes a through-hole.   
     
     
         6 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an urging member configured to urge the lid in an opening direction and a closing direction.   
     
     
         7 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the urging member includes a first arm and a second arm,   the base includes a first holder configured to hold the first arm,   the lid includes a second holder configured to hold the second arm, and   the urging member urges the lid in the opening direction and the closing direction that change between the opening direction and the closing direction at a position where the first arm has a shortest distance from the second arm.   
     
     
         8 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the first holder has a shortest distance from the second holder in substantially a middle of a movable range of the lid.   
     
     
         9 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the second holder is guidable by the second guide in the base.   
     
     
         10 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the lid includes a guide member guidable by the guides in the base, and an opening-closing member joined to the guide member to open and close the openings.   
     
     
         11 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 10 , wherein
 a portion of the opening-closing member facing the cover has a curved surface conforming to a surface of the cover.   
     
     
         12 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the lid receives a pressing force to be immovable at a position adjacent to an end of a movable range of the lid in a closing direction of the lid, and is released of the pressing force at a position other than the position adjacent to the end of the movable range in the closing direction.   
     
     
         13 . The opening-closing assembly according to  claim 12 , wherein
 the lid includes a first plate and a second plate that extend substantially parallel to each other in a movement direction of the lid,   the base includes a first inner surface facing the first plate and a second inner surface facing the second plate, the first inner surface and the second inner surface extending in the movement direction of the lid,   the lid has the first plate in contact with the first inner surface and the second plate in contact with the second inner surface at a position adjacent to the end of the movable range of the lid in the closing direction, and   
       the lid has the first plate at a distance from the first inner surface and the second plate at a distance from the second inner surface at a position other than the position adjacent to the end of the movable range in the closing direction.
