Abstract

wherein B, G, A, E, R1, R3, R4, m and n are as defined herein, which are useful as type I receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and methods of use thereof in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders in mammals.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . (canceled)

         2 . A compound having the structure:

       and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

3 . A composition comprising a compound, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 2 and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier.

4 . A method of treating cancer that over-expresses HER2 in a mammal, comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a compound, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 2 .

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer.

6 . The method of claim 4 , wherein an anti-tumor agent is administered in combination.

7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the anti-tumor agent is an inhibitor of growth factor.

8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the inhibitor of growth factor is trastuzumab.

9 . The method of claim 5 , wherein an anti-tumor agent is administered in combination.

10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the anti-tumor agent is an inhibitor of growth factor.

11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the inhibitor of growth factor is trastuzumab.
