Abstract
The present invention includes a device for the transmission of a communication transmission with a communication menu facilitating communication between a user and an operator with bespoke information.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A distress signal transmission device comprising:
a computer with a body and having an arithmetic logic unit (“ALU”), a nontransitory computer-readable storage medium in signaled communication with said ALU, a display on said body having a touch digitizer; and a transmitter for the transmission of data to an external entity; a distress routine, recited within said storage medium, having the device's current GPS location and access to an emergency contact database, and adapted to initiate an audio distress transmission that upon connection to a distress operator initializes a distress assistance menu; said distress assistance menu comprising: (a) a graphic list of a biographic audio transmission selectors corresponding to multiple biographical information avatars having biographical content; and (b) a graphic list of circumstantial audio transmission selectors corresponding to multiple circumstantial information avatars having circumstantial content; and a transmission indicator, graphically variable based on at least two circumstances: (i) the source status of audio transmission, and (ii) a time status indicator of said audio transmission.
2 . The device of claim 1 wherein said distress assistance menu includes said graphic list of biographic audio transmission selectors and said graphic list of circumstantial audio transmission selectors arranged based are displayed contemporaneously.
3 . The device of claim 1 wherein said time status indicator includes a graphic transmission estimator graphically depicting a transmission status dimensionally alterable based on a transmission completion estimation.
4 . The device of claim 1 further comprising an environment filter adapted to diminish a volume of noise passing through an audio input, in electrical communication with said computer, adapted to receive ambient noise.
5 . The device of claim 4 wherein said environment filter adapted to selectively diminish a volume of noise passing through said audio input.
6 . The device of claim 5 wherein said environment filter adapted to selectively diminish a degree of noise passing through said audio input contemporaneous to a transmission of any of said biographical content and said circumstantial content.
7 . The device of claim 6 further comprising a mute filter, adapted to selectively diminish a degree of noise passing through said audio output contemporaneous to a transmission of any of said biographical content and said circumstantial content.
8 . The device of claim 1 wherein said distress assistance menu includes said graphic list of biographic audio transmission selectors and said graphic list of circumstantial audio transmission selectors arranged based are displayed contemporaneously.
9 . The device of claim 1 wherein said distress assistance menu includes a freestyle selector adapted to permit free-form text entry.
10 . The device of claim 1 wherein said distress assistance menu includes an intermediate menu, exhibited subsequent to consummating at least one of said biographic audio transmission selectors, providing multiple, discrete suggested content derived from a computer geolocation data.
11 . The device of claim 1 wherein said distress assistance menu includes an intermediate menu, exhibited subsequent to consummating at least one of said circumstantial audio transmission selectors, providing multiple, discrete suggested content derived from a computer geolocation data.
12 . The device of 1 wherein said distress assistance menu includes an intermediate menu, exhibited subsequent to consummating at least one of said circumstantial audio transmission selectors, providing multiple, discrete suggested content selected based on agitation of said computer.
13 . A distress signal transmission device comprising:
a computer with a body and having an arithmetic logic unit (“ALU”), a nontransitory computer-readable storage medium in signaled communication with said ALU, a display on said body having a touch digitizer; and a transmitter for the transmission of data to an external entity; a distress routine, recited within said storage medium, having the device's current GPS location and access to an emergency contact database, and adapted to initiate an audio distress transmission that upon connection to a distress operator initializes a distress assistance menu; a pre-loaded factual database having a data input subroutine adapted to accept and store free form data from a user; said distress assistance menu comprising: (a) a graphic list of a biographic audio transmission selectors corresponding to multiple biographical information avatars corresponding having biographical content; and (b) a graphic list of circumstantial audio transmission selectors corresponding to multiple circumstantial information avatars having circumstantial content generated from said free form data; and a transmission indicator, graphically variable based on at least two circumstances: (i) the source status of audio transmission, and (ii) a time status of said audio transmission.
14 . The device of claim 15 further comprising a menu calibrator adapted to reorganize said graphic list of a biographic audio transmission selectors and said graphic list of circumstantial audio transmission selectors to a geometric, substantially uniform spacing based on a quantity modification thereof
15 . The device of claim 13 further comprising a graphic selector adapted to apply a bespoke graphic list to any of said selectors.
16 . The device of claim 13 wherein said distress assistance menu includes an intermediate menu, exhibited subsequent to consummating at least one of said biographic audio transmission selectors, providing multiple, discrete suggested content derived from a computer geolocation data.
17 . The device of claim 13 wherein said distress assistance menu includes an intermediate menu, exhibited subsequent to consummating at least one of said circumstantial audio transmission selectors, providing multiple, discrete suggested content derived from a computer geolocation data.
18 . The device of 13 wherein said distress assistance menu includes an intermediate menu, exhibited subsequent to consummating at least one of said circumstantial audio transmission selectors, providing multiple, discrete suggested content selected based on agitation of said computer correlated by said pre-loaded factual database.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
