Abstract

Disclosed is a method for splitting a collar or a sleeve. Using nylon as a connecting thread guarantees the strength requirement of the connecting thread in a production process of a to-be-split semi-finished product and can dissolve the nylon via a splitting agent to split the collar or the sleeve. In the splitting agent, formic acid can dissolve the nylon and has no adverse effect to the collar and the sleeve; and a fog inhibitor can inhibit volatilization of the formic acid, so that the formic acid is acted on the nylon more effectively thus improving the utilization rate of the formic acid. The splitting agent is employed to directly act on a connecting thread of the collar or the sleeve, thus operation is convenient; and the connecting thread can be dissolved provided that the splitting agent contacts it for 1-2 s, thus splitting efficiency is high.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for splitting a collar or a sleeve, comprising the following steps:
providing a to-be-split semi-finished product, wherein the to-be-split semi-finished product comprises a to-be-split semi-finished collar or a to-be-split semi-finished sleeve, a connecting thread of the collar in the to-be-split semi-finished collar is made of nylon, a connecting thread of a sleeve in the to-be-split semi-finished sleeve is made of the nylon, and materials of the collar and the sleeve independently comprise cotton, polyester or polyester-cotton blend; providing a splitting agent, wherein the splitting agent comprises formic acid and a fog inhibitor; and contacting the splitting agent with a connecting thread of the to-be-split semi-finished product to split the collar or the sleeve in the to-be-split semi-finished product.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein a mass ratio of the formic acid to the fog inhibitor in the splitting agent is (97-99):(1-3).

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the fog inhibitor comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium dodecyl sulfate or 1,4-butynediol.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the nylon comprises nylon 6 or nylon 66.

5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein a method for preparing the to-be-split semi-finished product comprises the following steps:
using nylon as a connecting thread to produce a collar or a sleeve, and then carrying out dyeing and clearing-up sequentially to obtain the to-be-split semi-finished product.

6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the contacting method comprises:
spraying the splitting agent onto the connecting thread of the to-be-split semi-finished product, or impregnating the connecting thread of the to-be-split semi-finished product into the splitting agent.

7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the contacting is carried out at a room temperature.

8 . The method according to claim 1 , after the contacting, further comprising drying, wherein the drying temperature is 100-110° C. and the time is 2-4 min.

9 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein the fog inhibitor comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, sodium dodecyl sulfate or 1,4-butynediol.

10 . The method according to claim 4 , wherein a method for preparing the to-be-split semi-finished product comprises the following steps:
using nylon as a connecting thread to produce a collar or a sleeve, and then carrying out dyeing and clearing-up sequentially to obtain the to-be-split semi-finished product.

11 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein the contacting is carried out at a room temperature.

12 . The method according to claim 6 , after the contacting, further comprising drying, wherein the drying temperature is 100-110° C. and the time is 2-4 min.
