Abstract
CoQ10 has a stimulatory effect on fibroblasts and keratinocytes, increases ATP production, decreases pain. The formulations are useful for promoting acute wound healing, fatigue and treatment of acute and chronic pain.

3 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is in the form of a gel.
4 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is in the form of an ointment.
5 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is in the form of a cream.

13 . A method of treating pain associated with muscle pain comprising topically administering to a patient in need thereof, a topical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to the area of pain.
14 . A method of treating pain associated with joint pain comprising topically administering to a patient in need thereof, a topical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to the area of pain.
15 . A method of treating pain comprising topically administering to a patient in need thereof, a topical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of the composition of claim 1 to the area of pain.

22 . The composition of claim 20 , wherein said composition further comprises cytokines, growth factors, differentiation factors, hormones, analgesics and pain-killers.
