Abstract

The invention provides an electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing, which comprises a conductive column; a cathode net connected to the conductive column; an elastic net covering the cathode net; a surface net covering the elastic net; a fastening part penetrating through the surface net, the cathode net and the elastic net and is fixed on the conductive column. According to the electrolytic cell cathode provided by the invention, in the using process, the elastic cathode is uniformly attached to the ionic membrane, so that the shaking of the ionic membrane is reduced in the using process, and the service life of the ionic membrane can be greatly prolonged. The elastic net with special structure can effectively prevent the elastic change caused by pressure fluctuation and keep the polar spacing relatively stable. In the process of discharging gas, bubbles can be broken and the resistance inside the electric tank can be reduced. The elasticity of the elastic net is better and more durable, and the current density is uniform.

1 : An electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing, comprising:
 a conductive column;   a cathode net connected to the conductive column;   an elastic net covering the cathode net;   a surface net covering the elastic net; and   a fastening part penetrating through the surface net, the cathode net and the elastic net and fixed on the conductive column.   
     
     
         2 : The electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said fastening part comprises:
 a nickel spacing part, wherein nickel spacing part is provided with a plurality of fixing holes;   a spacing pin penetrating through the fixing hole and fixed on the nickel spacing part through the fixing holes; and   a spacing cap connected to the spacing pin and covering part of the surface net.   
     
     
         3 : The cathode of the electrolytic cell with zero polar spacing according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the spacing pin and the spacing cap are made of nonmetallic materials with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. 
     
     
         4 : The electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing further comprises a support rib plate, one end of which is connected with a cathode plate, and the other end of which is connected with the cathode net for supporting the cathode net. 
     
     
         5 : The electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing according to  claim 4 , characterized in that the support rib plate is L-shaped. 
     
     
         6 : The cathode of an electrolytic cell with zero polar spacing according to  claim 4 , characterized in that the material of the surface net is nickel. 
     
     
         7 : The cathode of the electrolytic cell with zero polar spacing according to  claim 4 , characterized in that the elastic net is of a wavy structure. 
     
     
         8 : The electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing further comprises a support rib plate, one end of which is connected with a cathode plate, and the other end of which is connected with the cathode net for supporting the cathode net. 
     
     
         9 : The electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing according to  claim 3 , characterized in that the electrolytic cell cathode with zero polar spacing further comprises a support rib plate, one end of which is connected with a cathode plate, and the other end of which is connected with the cathode net for supporting the cathode net.
