Abstract

A beverage bladder assembly for storing a beverage for drinking includes a bladder that is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to store a beverage for drinking. The bladder is comprised of a deformable material thereby facilitating the bladder to be collapsed for disposal when the beverage therein has been depleted. The bladder has a neck extending outwardly therefrom and the beverage is poured outwardly through the neck for drinking. A cover is removably bonded to the neck for closing the neck.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A beverage bladder assembly being configured to store a beverage for drinking, said assembly comprising:
a bladder being comprised of a fluid impermeable material wherein said bladder is configured to store a beverage for drinking, said bladder being comprised of a deformable material wherein said bladder is configured to be collapsed for disposal when the beverage therein has been depleted, said bladder having a neck extending outwardly therefrom wherein said neck is configured to have the beverage poured outwardly therefrom for drinking; and a cover being removably bonded to said neck for closing said neck.

2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
said bladder has a top half being bonded to a bottom half; and said top half having a top wall and a perimeter wall extending downwardly therefrom, said perimeter wall having a distal edge with respect to said top wall, perimeter wall being continuously arcuate such that said top half has a rounded shape.

3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , further comprising said bottom half having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upwardly therefrom, said peripheral wall having a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall, said peripheral wall being continuously arcuate such that said bottom half has a rounded shape, said distal edge of said perimeter wall being bonded to said distal edge of said peripheral wall to define said bladder.

4 . The assembly according to claim 3 , wherein said neck has a distal end with respect to said bladder, said distal end being open wherein said distal end is configured to have the beverage poured outwardly therefrom for drinking.

5 . The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said neck is aligned with an intersection between said distal edge of said perimeter wall and said distal edge of said peripheral wall, said distal edge being continuously arcuate about a longitudinal axis of said neck such that said distal end forms a circle.

6 . The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said cover is comprised of a fluid impermeable material wherein said cover is configured to retain the beverage in said bladder, said cover having a first surface, said first surface being bonded to said distal end of said neck.

7 . A beverage bladder assembly being configured to store a beverage for drinking, said assembly comprising:
a bladder being comprised of a fluid impermeable material wherein said bladder is configured to store a beverage for drinking, said bladder being comprised of a deformable material wherein said bladder is configured to be collapsed for disposal when the beverage therein has been depleted, said bladder having a top half being bonded to a bottom half, said top half having a top wall and a perimeter wall extending downwardly therefrom, said perimeter wall having a distal edge with respect to said top wall, perimeter wall being continuously arcuate such that said top half has a rounded shape, said bottom half having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upwardly therefrom, said peripheral wall having a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall, said peripheral wall being continuously arcuate such that said bottom half has a rounded shape, said distal edge of said perimeter wall being bonded to said distal edge of said peripheral wall to define said bladder, said bladder having a neck extending outwardly therefrom, said neck having a distal end with respect to said bladder, said distal end being open wherein said distal end is configured to have the beverage poured outwardly therefrom for drinking, said neck being aligned with an intersection between said distal edge of said perimeter wall and said distal edge of said peripheral wall, said distal edge being continuously arcuate about a longitudinal axis of said neck such that said distal end forms a circle; and a cover being removably bonded to said neck for closing said neck, said cover being comprised of a fluid impermeable material wherein said cover is configured to retain the beverage in said bladder, said cover having a first surface, said first surface being bonded to said distal end of said neck.
