Systems and methods for providing fault analysis user interface
Abstract
Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media are provided for presenting a user interface for fault analysis. Fault information may be accessed. The fault information may identify faults for one or more machines. A fault analysis interface may be provided. The fault analysis interface may include an organization view, an instance view, a subsystem view, or a map view. The fault analysis interface may enable presentation of the organization view, the instance view, the subsystem view, and the map view. The fault analysis interface may display correlations of the faults using visuals and spatial locations of the visuals.

one or more processors; memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to perform:
accessing fault information, the fault information identifying faults for machines; and
providing a fault analysis interface to display a history of faults in the machines, organized based on:
the machines in which the respective faults were identified;
groups of the machines in which the respective faults were identified; and
timings of the respective faults; and
determining whether to provide a maintenance on a machine of the machines based on:
a frequency associated with one or more of the timings of the respective faults in:
the machine,
one of the groups to which the machine belongs, or
the machines; and
a relative cost of the maintenance.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the groups of the machines are organized based on any of:
types; manufacturing sources; operators; operation types; operation locations; or operation times of the machines.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the instructions further cause the one or more processors to perform:
identifying stages of operations associated with the respective faults to determine a root cause of the respective faults.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the instructions further cause the one or more processors to perform:
determining whether any of the faults are associated with a machine that has been disabled or grounded; and in response to determining that a fault of the faults is associated with a machine that has been disabled or grounded, displaying, on the fault analysis interface, information related to any of an error code, error description, timing, or a location of a particular subsystem of the machine; and determining, based on the information, whether the particular subsystem caused the machine to be disabled or grounded.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the fault analysis interface further provides information associated with locations of the machines when the faults occurred.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the fault analysis interface further provides information associated with an operating condition or protocol associated with the faults.
7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the operating condition comprises temperatures during the operations of the machines.
8 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the operating condition comprises an operation status or an inactive status of the machines.
9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the determining whether to provide a maintenance of the machine of the machines comprises:
in response to the frequency exceeding a threshold over a specified duration of time, and in response to the relative cost of the maintenance being lower than a cost if the machine becomes disabled, determining to provide the maintenance.
10 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the particular subsystem is associated with any of a mechanical, electrical or software component of the machine.
11 . A method implemented by a computing system including one or more processors and storage media storing machine-readable instructions, wherein the method is performed using the one or more processors, the method comprising:
accessing fault information, the fault information identifying faults for machines; and providing a fault analysis interface to display a history of faults in the machines, organized based on:
the machines in which the respective faults were identified;
groups of the machines in which the respective faults were identified; and
timings of the respective faults; and
determining whether to provide a maintenance on a machine of the machines based on:
a frequency associated with one or more of the timings of the respective faults in:
the machine,
one of the groups to which the machine belongs, or
the machines; and
a relative cost of the maintenance.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the groups of the machines are organized based on any of:
types; manufacturing sources; operators; operation types; operation locations; or operation times of the machines.
13 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
identifying stages of operations associated with the respective faults to determine a root cause of the respective faults.
14 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
determining whether any of the faults are associated with a machine that has been disabled or grounded; and in response to determining that a fault of the faults is associated with a machine that has been disabled or grounded, displaying, on the fault analysis interface, information related to any of an error code, error description, timing, or a location of a particular subsystem of the machine; and determining, based on the information, whether the particular subsystem caused the machine to be disabled or grounded.
15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the providing the fault analysis interface further comprises providing, on the fault analysis interface, information associated with locations of the machines when the faults occurred.
16 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the providing the fault analysis interface further comprises providing, on the fault analysis interface, information associated with an operating condition or protocol associated with the faults.
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the operating condition comprises temperatures during the operations of the machines.
18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the operating condition comprises an operation status or an inactive status of the machines.
19 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the determining whether to provide a maintenance of the machine of the machines comprises:
in response to the frequency exceeding a threshold over a specified duration of time, and in response to the relative cost of the maintenance being lower than a cost if the machine becomes disabled, determining to provide the maintenance.
20 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed, cause one or more processors to perform:
accessing fault information, the fault information identifying faults for machines; and providing a fault analysis interface to display a history of faults in the machines, organized based on:
the machines in which the respective faults were identified;
groups of the machines in which the respective faults were identified; and
timings of the respective faults; and
determining whether to provide a maintenance on a machine of the machines based on:
a frequency associated with one or more of the timings of the respective faults in:
the machine,
one of the groups to which the machine belongs, or
the machines; and
