Valve, Abnormality Diagnosis Method of Valve, and Computer Program
Abstract
To enable accurate and simple diagnosis of an operation abnormality of a valve. A valve V 1 capable of detecting an operation abnormality has a magnet M 1 that is attached in the vicinity of a pressing adapter 52 of a stem 53 that slides according to an opening/closing operation of the valve V 1 , and a magnetic sensor M 2 that is attached to a surface acing the stem 53 , inside the pressing adapter 52 that presses a peripheral edge of a diaphragm 51 , and detects a change in a distance between the magnet M 1 and the magnetic sensor M 2 . Further, an abnormality determination mechanism compares the change in the distance between the magnet M 1 and the magnetic sensor M 2 at the time of abnormality diagnosis detected by the magnetic sensor M 2 and a previously measured change in the distance between the magnet M and the magnetic sensor M 2 at the time of normality, and determines whether or not there is an abnormality.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A valve capable of detecting an operation abnormality, comprising:
a stem sliding according to an opening/closing operation of the valve; a pressing adapter pressing a peripheral edge of a diaphragm; a position sensor attached to the pressing adapter and detecting a change in a distance between a predetermined location of the stem and the position sensor; and an abnormality determination mechanism comparing the change in the distance between the predetermined location and the position sensor at the time of abnormality diagnosis detected by the position sensor and a previously measured change in the distance between the predetermined location and the position sensor at the time of normality, and determines whether or not there is an abnormality.
2 . The valve according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a magnet attached to a predetermined location in the vicinity of the pressing adapter, wherein the position sensor comprises a magnetic sensor that is attached to a surface facing toward the stem, inside of the pressing adapter, and detects a change in a distance between the magnet and the magnetic sensor; and the abnormality determination mechanism compares the change in the distance between the magnet and the magnetic sensor at the time of abnormality diagnosis detected by the magnetic sensor and a previously measured change in the distance between the magnet and the magnetic sensor at the time of normality, and determines whether or not there is an abnormality.
3 . The valve according to claim 1 , wherein
the abnormality determination mechanism determines whether or not there is an abnormality, according to whether or not a position of a top surface or a bottom surface of the stem at the time of abnormality diagnosis is a position of the top surface or the bottom surface at the time of normality.
4 . The valve according to claim 1 , wherein
the abnormality determination mechanism determines whether or not there is an abnormality, according to whether or not a stroke of the stem at the time of abnormality diagnosis is matched with a stroke at the time of normality.
5 . The valve according to claim 1 , wherein
the abnormality determination mechanism determines whether or not there is an abnormality, according to whether or not an operating speed of the stem at the time of abnormality diagnosis is matched with an operating speed at the time of normality.
6 . The valve according to any one of claim 1 , wherein
position detection accuracy of the position sensor is ±0.01 mm to ±0.001 mm.
7 . An abnormality diagnosis method of a valve,
the abnormality diagnosis method comprising:
a step comparing a change in a distance between a predetermined location and a position sensor at a time of abnormality diagnosis detected by the position sensor and a previously measured change in the distance between the predetermined location and the position sensor at a time of normality, and determining whether or not there is an abnormality,
wherein the valve includes
a stem sliding according to an opening/closing operation of the valve,
a pressing adapter pressing a peripheral edge of a diaphragm, and
the position sensor attached to the pressing adapter and detecting the change in the distance between the predetermined location of the stem and the position sensor.
8 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program to cause a computer to execute processing for diagnosing an abnormality of a valve comprising:
comparing a change in a distance between a predetermined location and a position sensor at a time of abnormality diagnosis detected by the position sensor and a previously measured change in the distance between the predetermined location and the position sensor at a time of normality, and determining whether or not there is an abnormality, wherein the valve includes a stem sliding according to an opening/closing operation of the valve, a pressing adapter pressing a peripheral edge of a diaphragm, and the position sensor attached to the pressing adapter and detecting the change in the distance between the predetermined location of the stem and the position sensor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
