What is claimed is:

1 . A small “Magnet Bag™” is a versatile pouch/bag formed of an indoor/outdoor fabric material with multiple magnets encased in the back to form an enclosure. The Magnet Bag Accessory Piece is comprised of a number of small magnets fully enveloped in identical fabric. Magnet Bag's versatility is further displayed by the Magnet Bag™ Accessory Piece which is attached by a small strap to allow for it to be attached to the main Magnet Bag through material for holding on a person's clothing which can assist people with physical challenges by keeping small items close at hand such as sunglasses, reading glasses, pens, pencils, remote controls, etc. Magnet Bag™ can be an organizational aid at home or in the workplace by attaching magnetically to machinery, toolboxes, fridges, filing cabinets, outdoor railings and most metallic surfaces in order to hold small items such as, safety glasses, tools, shop rags, safety gloves, etc. The Accessory Piece also has an application independent of the strap whereby it attaches directly to the Magnet Bag while the opposite side of the Accessory Piece adheres to a non-magnetic surface by using two sided tape which is affixed to the Accessory Piece which allows the Magnet Bag to be removed while the Accessory Piece remains attached to the desired location.
