Abstract

A knitting structure and a knitting method thereof are provided. The knitting structure includes a pattern layer formed of a main thread knitted along a predetermined route, with a fixing thread tied on adjacent sections of the main thread for fixing a structure of the pattern layer formed by the main thread. Therefore, an improvement of the knitting efficiency is achieved.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A knitting structure, comprising:
a pattern layer formed of a main thread knitted along a predetermined route, with a fixing thread tied on adjacent sections of the main thread for fixing a structure of the pattern layer.

2 . The knitting structure of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of the pattern layers are provided, such that the pattern layers are stacked and combined by the fixing thread.

3 . The knitting structure of claim 1 , wherein the knitting structure forms a shoe vamp of a shoe.

4 . The knitting structure of claim 1 , wherein the knitting structure forms a bag face of a bag.

5 . A knitting method of a knitting structure, comprising steps of:
forming a pattern layer by a main thread along a predetermined route; and combining a fixing thread on the main thread along the predetermined route and disposed in adjacent to the main thread, so as to efficiently fix the pattern layer.

6 . The knitting method of claim 5 , wherein the fixing thread is tied on the main thread in a manner of electric embroidery.

7 . The knitting method of claim 6 , wherein the main thread is formed of a material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, synthetic fiber, natural fiber, paper fiber, starchy bioplastic, polyurethane, and combination thereof.

8 . The knitting method of claim 5 , wherein the main thread is formed of at least two ropes braided together.

9 . The knitting method of claim 5 , wherein the main thread is formed of at least two ropes twisted together.

10 . The knitting method of claim 5 , wherein the pattern layer is formed of the main thread flat knitted along the predetermined route.

11 . The knitting method of claim 5 , wherein the pattern layer is formed by the main thread being winded along the predetermined route.

12 . The knitting method of claim 5 , wherein a plurality of the pattern layers are included, wherein the plurality of the pattern layers are stacked and combined with the fixing thread.
