Claims

Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to cause a display to display a chat screen of a chat session, post on the chat screen a first message of the chat session, post on the chat screen a second message of the chat session responding to the first message, and post on the chat screen a third message of the chat session responding to at least one of the first message and the second message. One of the first message or the second message is input by a user. The other one of the first message or the second message is generated by a first automatic response AI. The third message is generated by a second automatic response AI that is different from the first automatic response AI.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An information processing apparatus comprising:
 a processor configured to:
 cause a display to display a chat screen of a chat session, 
 post on the chat screen a first message of the chat session, 
 post on the chat screen a second message of the chat session responding to the first message, 
 post on the chat screen a third message of the chat session responding to at least one of the first message and the second message, 
   wherein one of the first message or the second message is input by a user,   wherein the other one of the first message or the second message is generated by a first automatic response AI,   wherein the third message is generated by a second automatic response AI that is different from the first automatic response AI.   
     
     
         2 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the processor is configured to:
 align any messages sent to the chat screen from the user to a first edge of the chat screen; and 
 align any messages sent to the chat screen from a chat participant other than the user to a second edge of the chat screen opposite the first edge. 
   
     
     
         3 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the processor is configured to receive an input of free text from the user as the input of the first message or the second message.   
     
     
         4 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second message is input by the user,   wherein the chat screen presents a first icon in close proximity to the first message and a second icon that is different from the first icon in close proximity to the second message.   
     
     
         5 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first icon is an icon representing the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second icon is an icon representing the second automatic response AI.   
     
     
         6 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is input by the user,   wherein the second message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the chat screen presents a first icon in close proximity to the second message and a second icon that is different from the first icon in close proximity to the third message.   
     
     
         7 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first icon is an icon representing the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second icon is an icon represents the second automatic response AI.   
     
     
         8 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second message is input by the user,   wherein the third message is generated by the second automatic response AI based on a result of text analysis of at least one of the first message and the second message.   
     
     
         9 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is input by the user,   wherein the second message is generated by the first automatic response AI based on a result of analysis of the first message,   wherein the third message is generated by the second automatic response AI based on a result of text analysis of at least one of the first message and the second message.   
     
     
         10 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein at least one of the first automatic response AI or the second automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a server located remote from the information processing apparatus.   
     
     
         11 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the display is a display of a device of the user.   
     
     
         12 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 11 ,
 wherein the information processing apparatus is the device of the user.   
     
     
         13 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 11 ,
 wherein the information processing apparatus is an information processing apparatus other than the device of the user.   
     
     
         14 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is input by the user,   wherein the second message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the first automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a server located remote from the information processing apparatus,   wherein the processor is configured to:
 send the first message to the first automatic response AI over a network; and 
 receive the second message from the first automatic response AI over a network. 
   
     
     
         15 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is input by the user,   wherein the second message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a server located remote from the information processing apparatus,   wherein the processor is configured to:
 send at least one of the first message and the second message to the second automatic response AI over a network; and 
 receive the third message from the second automatic response AI over a network. 
   
     
     
         16 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is input by the user,   wherein the second message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the first automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a first server located remote from the information processing apparatus,   wherein the second automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a second server located remote from the information processing apparatus, the second server being different from the first server,   wherein the processor is configured to:
 send the first message to the first automatic response AI over a network; 
 receive the second message from the first automatic response AI over a network; 
 send at least one of the first message and the second message to the second automatic response AI over a network; and 
 receive the third message from the second automatic response AI over a network. 
   
     
     
         17 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second message is input by the user,   wherein the first automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a server located remote from the information processing apparatus,   wherein the processor is configured to:
 receive the first message from the first automatic response AI over a network; 
 send the second message to the second automatic response AI over a network; and 
 receive the third message from the second automatic response AI over a network. 
   
     
     
         18 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second message is input by the user,   wherein the second automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a server located remote from the information processing apparatus,   wherein the processor is configured to:
 send at least one of the first message and the second message to the second automatic response AI over a network; and 
 receive the third message from the second automatic response AI over a network. 
   
     
     
         19 . The information processing apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the first message is generated by the first automatic response AI,   wherein the second message is input by the user,   wherein the first automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a first server located remote from the information processing apparatus,   wherein the second automatic response AI is an automatic response AI of a second server located remote from the information processing apparatus, the second server being different from the first server,   wherein the processor is configured to:
 receive the first message from the first automatic response AI over a network; 
 send at least one of the first message and the second message to the second automatic response AI over a network; and 
   receive the third message from the second automatic response AI over a network.   
     
     
         20 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute information processing, the information processing comprising:
 causing a display to display a chat screen for a chat session,   posting on the chat screen a first message of the chat session,   posting on the chat screen a second message of the chat session responding to the first message,   posting on the chat screen a third message of the chat session responding to at least one of the first message and the second message,   wherein one of the first message or the second message is input by a user,   wherein the other one of the first message or the second message is generated by a first automatic response AI,   wherein the third message is generated by a second automatic response AI that is different from the first automatic response AI.
