Abstract

A printable blank sheet includes a sheet with a top substrate and a bottom layer, a dry lift adhesive connecting the top substrate to the bottom layer, cut lines in the sheet that extend through the top substrate and the dry lift adhesive but not through the bottom layer, and an object with an intricate shape cut into the top substrate with a periphery of the object defined by the cut lines. The object can be removed from the sheet by separating the object and the bottom layer along the dry lift adhesive.

1 . A printable blank sheet comprising:
 a sheet that comprises:
 a top substrate that includes an object and an excess sheet area; 
 a bottom film layer; and 
 a patterned dry lift adhesive connecting the top substrate to the bottom layer, wherein the patterned dry lift adhesive includes repeating shapes of dry lift adhesive that are separated by areas of open space, and wherein the patterned dry lift adhesive extends along an entirety of a top face of the bottom film layer and a bottom face of the top substrate; and 
   cut lines in the sheet that extend through the top substrate and the dry lift adhesive but not through the bottom layer, wherein the cut lines define the object and the excess sheet area in the top substrate;   wherein the object is removable from the sheet by separating the object and the bottom layer along the dry lift adhesive;   wherein the object and the bottom layer have dry surfaces when they are separated along the dry lift adhesive; and   wherein the object and the excess sheet area are configured to be pulled away from the bottom film layer in the areas of open space in the patterned dry lift adhesive.   
     
     
         2 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the top substrate further comprises:
 a sheet layer that is capable of being printed on;   a film layer; and   a pressure sensitive adhesive that connects a bottom face of the sheet layer to a top face of the film layer.   
     
     
         3 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 2 , wherein the film layer of the top substrate is made of a material selected from the group consisting of biaxially oriented polypropolyene, polyethelyene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, and combinations thereof. 
     
     
         4 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the top substrate has a thickness between 0.004 inches (0.1016 millimeters) and 0.018 inches (0.4572 millimeters). 
     
     
         5 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom film layer is made of a material selected from the group consisting of biaxially oriented polypropolyene, polyethelyene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, and combinations thereof. 
     
     
         6 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom film layer has a thickness between 0.0005 inches (0.0127 millimeters) and 0.004 inches (0.1016 millimeters). 
     
     
         7 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein an entirety of a space within each shape of the repeating shapes is open space. 
     
     
         8 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein a spacing between adjacent repeating shapes is less than a size of one individual shape. 
     
     
         9 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the repeating shapes include a plurality of rings of dry lift adhesive. 
     
     
         10 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the repeating shapes include V-shaped areas of dry lift adhesive. 
     
     
         11 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the object has an intricate shape. 
     
     
         12 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 11 , wherein the object is capable of being assembled into a three-dimensional structure after it has been separated from the sheet. 
     
     
         13 . A printable blank sheet comprising:
 a sheet that comprises:
 a top substrate that includes an object and an excess sheet area; 
 a bottom film layer made of a material selected from the group consisting of biaxially oriented polypropolyene, polyethelyene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, and combinations thereof; and 
 a patterned dry lift adhesive connecting the top substrate to the bottom layer, wherein the patterned dry lift adhesive includes repeating shapes of dry lift adhesive that are separated by areas of open space, and wherein the patterned dry lift adhesive extends along an entirety of a top face of the bottom film layer and a bottom face of the top substrate; and 
   cut lines in the sheet that extend through the top substrate and the dry lift adhesive but not through the bottom layer, wherein the cut lines define the object and the excess sheet area in the top substrate;   wherein the object is removable from the sheet by separating the object and the bottom layer along the dry lift adhesive;   wherein the object and the bottom layer have dry surfaces when they are separated along the dry lift adhesive; and   wherein the object and the excess sheet area are configured to be pulled away from the bottom film layer in the areas of open space in the patterned dry lift adhesive.   
     
     
         14 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 13 , wherein the bottom film layer has a thickness between 0.0005 inches (0.0127 millimeters) and 0.004 inches (0.1016 millimeters). 
     
     
         15 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 13 , wherein an entirety of a space within each shape of the repeating shapes is open space. 
     
     
         16 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 13 , wherein a spacing between adjacent repeating shapes is less than a size of one individual shape. 
     
     
         17 . A printable blank sheet comprising:
 a sheet that comprises:
 a top substrate that includes an object and an excess sheet area; 
 a bottom film layer that has a thickness between 0.0005 inches (0.0127 millimeters) and 0.004 inches (0.1016 millimeters); and 
 a patterned dry lift adhesive connecting the top substrate to the bottom layer, wherein the patterned dry lift adhesive includes repeating shapes of dry lift adhesive that are separated by areas of open space, and wherein the patterned dry lift adhesive extends along an entirety of a top face of the bottom film layer and a bottom face of the top substrate; and 
   cut lines in the sheet that extend through the top substrate and the dry lift adhesive but not through the bottom layer, wherein the cut lines define the object and the excess sheet area in the top substrate;   wherein the object is removable from the sheet by separating the object and the bottom layer along the dry lift adhesive;   wherein the object and the bottom layer have dry surfaces when they are separated along the dry lift adhesive; and   wherein the object and the excess sheet area are configured to be pulled away from the bottom film layer in the areas of open space in the patterned dry lift adhesive.   
     
     
         18 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 17 , wherein the bottom film layer is made of a material selected from the group consisting of biaxially oriented polypropolyene, polyethelyene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, and combinations thereof. 
     
     
         19 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 17 , wherein an entirety of a space within each shape of the repeating shapes is open space. 
     
     
         20 . The printable blank sheet of  claim 17 , wherein a spacing between adjacent repeating shapes is less than a size of one individual shape.
