Information processing system, terminal device, computer-readable non-transitory storage medium, and information processing method
Abstract
An information processing system includes one or more server devices functioning as a first platform that provides a first game to a first user having a first account, and one or more terminal devices. The one or more terminal devices transmit, to the first platform, an authenticated ID of a second user having a second account of a second platform that provides a second game. The authenticated ID is authenticated by using information concerning the second account. The first platform generates a specific ID upon receiving the authenticated ID, stores the authenticated ID and the specific ID in association with each other, and provides the first game to the second user using the specific ID associated with the authenticated ID.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A server device, wherein the server device is configured to:
provide, using a normal ID, a first game to a first user having a first account in a first platform in which a first virtual currency is usable; let the first user obtain a game content in response to the first user consuming the first virtual currency; provide, using a specific ID different from the normal ID, the first game to a second user having a second account in a second platform in which a second virtual currency is usable; and let the second user obtain the game content in response to the second user consuming the second virtual currency.
2 . The server device of claim 1 ,
wherein the server device is capable of receiving a purchase request of the game content from a first terminal device of the first user and a second terminal device of the second user; and wherein when receiving the purchase request from the first terminal device, the server device performs at least a part of a payment process using the first virtual currency.
3 . The server device of claim 1 ,
wherein the server device is capable of receiving a purchase request of the game content from a first terminal device of the first user and a second terminal device of the second user; and wherein when receiving the purchase request from the second terminal device, the server device redirects the second terminal device to the second platform for a payment process performed by the second platform using the second virtual currency.
4 . The server device of claim 3 , wherein the server device sends identification information identifying the first game to the second terminal device.
5 . The server device of claim 2 , wherein the server device causes the first terminal device to display a price of the game content in the first currency.
6 . The server device of claim 2 , wherein the server device causes the second terminal device to display a price of the game content in the second currency.
7 . The server device of claim 1 , wherein the game content is used in the first game.
8 . A server device, wherein the server device is configured to:
provide, using a normal ID, a first game to a first user having a first account in a first platform in which a first virtual currency is usable; cause the first user to produce a game effect in the first game in response to the first user consuming the first virtual currency; provide, using a specific ID different from the normal ID, the first game to a second user having a second account in a second platform in which a second virtual currency is usable; and cause the second user to produce a game effect in the first game in response to the second user consuming the second virtual currency.
9 . The server device of claim 1 , wherein the specific ID is related to an authenticated ID of the second user authenticated by the second platform using information on the second account of the second user.
10 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a server device to perform the steps of:
providing, using a normal ID, a first game to a first user having a first account in a first platform in which a first virtual currency is usable; letting the first user obtain a game content in response to the first user consuming the first virtual currency; providing, using a specific ID different from the normal ID, the first game to a second user having a second account in a second platform in which a second virtual currency is usable; and letting the second user obtain the game content in response to the second user consuming the second virtual currency.
11 . A method performed by a server device, comprising the steps of:
providing, using a normal ID, a first game to a first user having a first account in a first platform in which a first virtual currency is usable; letting the first user obtain a game content in response to the first user consuming the first virtual currency; providing, using a specific ID different from the normal ID, the first game to a second user having a second account in a second platform in which a second virtual currency is usable; and
letting the second user obtain the game content in response to the second user consuming the second virtual currency.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
