Abstract

A shock-absorbing handle structure for a sports racquet includes a main core body. An outer surface of the main core body is partially or completely covered with a shock absorbing structure. The shock absorbing structure is made of an ETPU (expanded thermoplastic polyurethane) material. The ETPU material is used as the shock absorbing structure. The shock absorbing structure is attached to the outer surface of the main core body, which has a simple structure. The ETPU material has a better elastic and rebound effect and improves the shock absorbing effect of the whole handle effectively. It is light in weight, and can improve the hand feeling and enhance the anti-slip effect and prevent sports injuries.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A shock-absorbing handle structure for a sports racquet, comprising a main core body, an outer surface of the main core body being partially covered with a shock absorbing structure, the shock absorbing structure being made of an expanded thermoplastic polyurethane material, wherein the shock absorbing structure is formed with at least one void that exposes the outer surface of a part of the main core body and selectively receives the part of the main core body in the void.

2 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the shock absorbing structure includes at least one shock absorbing member and a shock absorbing cover, wherein the shock absorbing member is attached to the outer surface of the main core body, and the shock absorbing cover covers the shock absorbing member and also covers the outer surface of the part of the main core body that is exposed through or received in the at least one void.

3 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the shock absorbing member has a cylindrical shape, and the shock absorbing member partially covers the outer surface of the main core body.

4 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the shock absorbing member is an arc-shaped structure, and the outer surface of the main core body is partially covered with the shock absorbing member.

5 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the shock absorbing member includes a plurality of shock absorbing members that are evenly arranged and spaced apart from each other, and a gap is defined between every adjacent two of the shock absorbing members.

6 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the main core body is a flat structure, the main core body and the shock absorbing member are superposed to form a cylindrical structure, and the shock absorbing cover covers the cylindrical structure.

7 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the shock absorbing member is a solid structure.

8 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the shock absorbing structure is wound around the outer surface of the main core body.

9 . The shock-absorbing handle structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the shock absorbing structure is sleeved on the main core body.
