High-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same
Abstract
Provided are a high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet that has a TS of 780 MPa or higher and a method for manufacturing the high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet. The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet has a composition including, in terms of % by mass, C: 0.030% or more and 0.250% or less, Si: 0.01% or more and 3.00% or less, Mn: 1.00% or more and 10.00% or less, P: 0.001% or more and 0.100% or less, and S: 0.0001% or more and 0.0200% or less, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel sheet has an electrogalvannealed coating layer on a surface thereof. The electrogalvannealed coating layer has an Fe content of 8.0% to 15.0%. The steel sheet has a tensile strength of 780 MPa or higher. The steel sheet has a diffusible hydrogen content of 0.2 wt. ppm or less.

C: 0.030% or more and 0.250% or less, Si: 0.01% or more and 3.00% or less, Mn: 1.00% or more and 10.00% or less, P: 0.001% or more and 0.100% or less, and S: 0.0001% or more and 0.0200% or less, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the steel sheet has an electrogalvannealed coating layer on a surface thereof, the electrogalvannealed coating layer has an Fe content of 8.0% to 15.0%, the steel sheet has a tensile strength of 780 MPa or higher, and the steel sheet has a diffusible hydrogen content of 0.2 wt. ppm or less.
2 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a coating weight of the electrogalvannealed coating layer is 20 g/m 2 or more.
3 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
N: 0.0005% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Ti: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less.
4 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
N: 0.0005% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Ti: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less.
5 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
Al: 0.01% or more and 2.00% or less, Nb: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less, B: 0.0003% or more and 0.0050% or less, Ni: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cr: 0.005% or more and 1.00% or less, V: 0.005% or more and 0.500% or less, Mo: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cu: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Sn: 0.002% or more and 0.200% or less, Sb: 0.005% or more and 0.100% or less, Ca: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, Mg: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, and REM: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less.
6 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
Al: 0.01% or more and 2.00% or less, Nb: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less, B: 0.0003% or more and 0.0050% or less, Ni: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cr: 0.005% or more and 1.00% or less, V: 0.005% or more and 0.500% or less, Mo: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cu: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Sn: 0.002% or more and 0.200% or less, Sb: 0.005% or more and 0.100% or less, Ca: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, Mg: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, and REM: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less.
7 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
Al: 0.01% or more and 2.00% or less, Nb: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less, B: 0.0003% or more and 0.0050% or less, Ni: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cr: 0.005% or more and 1.00% or less, V: 0.005% or more and 0.500% or less, Mo: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cu: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Sn: 0.002% or more and 0.200% or less, Sb: 0.005% or more and 0.100% or less, Ca: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, Mg: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, and REM: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less.
8 . The high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 4 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
Al: 0.01% or more and 2.00% or less, Nb: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less, B: 0.0003% or more and 0.0050% or less, Ni: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cr: 0.005% or more and 1.00% or less, V: 0.005% or more and 0.500% or less, Mo: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cu: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Sn: 0.002% or more and 0.200% or less, Sb: 0.005% or more and 0.100% or less, Ca: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, Mg: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, and REM: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less.
9 . A method for manufacturing a high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet having a tensile strength of 780 MPa or higher, the method comprising:
a heat treatment step of holding a steel sheet in a temperature range of 600° C. or higher and 950° C. or lower in an atmosphere having a H 2 concentration of 1.0 vol % or more and 20.0 vol % or less and a dew point of 0° C. or lower for 20 s or longer and 900 s or shorter,
the steel sheet having a composition comprising, in terms of % by mass,
C: 0.030% or more and 0.250% or less,
Si: 0.01% or more and 3.00% or less,
Mn: 1.00% or more and 10.00% or less,
P: 0.001% or more and 0.100% or less, and
S: 0.0001% or more and 0.0200% or less, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities;
a holding step of cooling the steel sheet to 200° C. to 600° C. after the heat treatment step and then holding the cooled steel sheet in a temperature range of 200° C. to 600° C. in an atmosphere having a H 2 concentration of less than 1.0 vol % for 30 s or longer; an electrogalvanizing step of subjecting the steel sheet to electrogalvanization; and an alloying step of subjecting the electrogalvanized steel sheet to an alloying treatment.
10 . The method for manufacturing a high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 9 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
N: 0.0005% or more and 0.0100% or less, and Ti: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less.
11 . The method for manufacturing a high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 9 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
Al: 0.01% or more and 2.00% or less, Nb: 0.005% or more and 0.200% or less, B: 0.0003% or more and 0.0050% or less, Ni: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cr: 0.005% or more and 1.00% or less, V: 0.005% or more and 0.500% or less, Mo: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Cu: 0.005% or more and 1.000% or less, Sn: 0.002% or more and 0.200% or less, Sb: 0.005% or more and 0.100% or less, Ca: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, Mg: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, and REM: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less.
12 . The method for manufacturing a high-strength electrogalvannealed steel sheet according to claim 10 , wherein the composition further comprises, in terms of % by mass, at least one element selected from
