Abstract

The invention discloses a force adjustable universal displacement tensioner, including a suction cup assembly 1 and a housing 2; outer gear spring cover 3, coil spring covers and a rope puller 4 are arranged in the housing 2 coaxially through a coil spring shaft; coil springs are disposed in both the outer gear spring cover 3 and the coil spring cover; a pulling rope is disposed on the rope puller 4; one end of the pulling rope which extends out of the housing 2 is connected to a handle 5.

1 . A force adjustable universal displacement tensioner comprising a suction cup assembly and a housing;
 outer gear spring cover, coil spring covers and a rope puller arranged in the housing coaxially through a coil spring shaft;   coil springs disposed in both the outer gear spring cover and the coil spring cover;   a pulling rope disposed on the rope puller;   one end of the pulling rope which extends out of the housing connected to a handle;   the utility model characterized in that: the suction cup assembly is connected with the housing through a universal adjusting unit;   the suction cup assembly which comprises a sucker;   a pressing buckle fixedly disposed on an out side of the sucker;   an air cylinder installed between the sucker and the pressing buckle to suck the out of the sucker;   the suction cup assembly which comprises a cardan shaft;   one end of the cardan shaft rotatably connected to the pressing buckle;   an other end of the cardan shaft rotatably connected to bottom of the housing.   
     
     
         2 . The force adjustable universal displacement tensioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the cardan shaft comprises a shaft body;
 a first rotating ball and a second rotating ball are disposed on both ends of the shaft body;   the first rotating ball is in rotated and clamped connection in a housing body;   the second rotating ball is in rotated and clamped connection in the pressing buckle.   
     
     
         3 . The force adjustable universal displacement tensioner according to  claim 2 , wherein the diameter of the first rotating ball is smaller than that of the second rotating ball. 
     
     
         4 . The force adjustable universal displacement tensioner according to  claim 1 , wherein a force adjusting component is also included to adjust the pulling force of the pulling rope;
 the force adjusting component comprises gear clamping rods which are coupled with the outer gear spring cover are rotatably connected with inner walls of the housing and control knobs;   control wheels are fixedly disposed on the control knobs;   the control wheels which comprise knob fixing components are in clutched connection with the gear clamping rods.   
     
     
         5 . The force adjustable universal displacement tensioner according to  claim 4 , wherein the control wheels which comprise knob fixing components are in clutched connection with the gear clamping rods;
 the knob fixing components comprise connecting shims fixedly connected with the housing;   several of connecting grooves are disposed on the connecting shims;   connecting rods are disposed on the control knobs;   in use, when the control knobs are rotated, each one of the connecting rods are connected to one of the connecting grooves.   
     
     
         6 . The force adjustable universal displacement tensioner according to  claim 4 , wherein the control wheel are fixedly connected with the control knobs through a rotating shaft. 
     
     
         7 . The force adjustable universal displacement tensioner according to  claim 1 , wherein a group of outer gear spring cover are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the rope puller.
