Exercise and Stress Reduction Device

Abstract

The current invention is a standalone exercise and stress release device that is in the shape of an egg. The egg device is made of a soft firm material like the material like foam. It is similar in size to a chicken egg and can come in any color. The egg will sit on a stand. The egg device can be used for exercise by placing the egg between the knees and following through with normal desk activities such as reaching for items on the desk or doing formal exercising such as leg lifts.

         1 . An device comprising:
 Having an egg shape exercise device being made of a soft sturdy material.   
     
     
         2 . The device according to  claim 1  further comparing;
 Having a stand on which the egg can be place. 
 
     
     
         3 . A process for exercise using the device of  claim 1 . 
     
     
         4 . The process according to  claim 3  further comprising; Placing the egg shape exercise device between knees. 
     
     
         5 . The process according to  claim 4  further comprising; lifting the knees. 
     
     
         6 . The process according to  claim 4  further comprising; lifting feet straight out while keeping legs parallel with floor. 
     
     
         7 . The process according to  claim 4  further comprising. Pulsing the knees together. 
     
     
         8 . The process according to  claim 3  further comprising; Placing the egg shape exercise device between hands and press the hands together.
