Abstract

A method for manufacturing a pair of false eyelashes and a pair of false eyelashes. The length of the bottom line of eyelashes is between 20 MM and 35 MM, wherein the false eyelashes include an eyelash stem and eyelash filaments; the root of the eyelash filaments are lapped and fixed on the eyelash stem. The false eyelashes and the method for manufacturing false eyelashes according to the embodiments of the present disclosure improve the defects of the thick and uneven stems of the false eyelashes, reduce the proportion of the eyelash stem, weaken the visual presence, so as to make the stems of the false eyelashes closer to the natural eyelashes. The false eyelashes can naturally and closely fit the eyes, which are transparent and invisible, and the false eyelashes do not prick the skin and is hard to rise and fall off

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A false eyelashes, comprising:
an eyelash stem and eyelash filaments; roots of the eyelash filaments are lapped and fixed on the eyelash stem.

2 . The false eyelashes according to claim 1 , wherein a position where roots of the eyelash filaments are cut is coated with a fixed adhesive layer on the eyelash stem.

3 . The false eyelashes according to claim 2 , wherein the fixed adhesive layer is an light-curing adhesive layer.

4 . The false eyelashes according to claim 1 , wherein the eyelash stem is cylindrical.

5 . The false eyelashes according to claim 1 , wherein the eyelash stem is made of PET or PBT material.

6 . The false eyelashes according to claim 1 , wherein the eyelash stem is made of transparent material or black material.

7 . A method for manufacturing a false eyelashes, comprising
preparing an eyelash stem and eyelash filaments; lapping the eyelash stem on the eyelash filaments with roots aligned and tiled; pre-fixing the roots of the eyelash filaments with the eyelash stem; cutting off redundant portions; secondary fixing to strengthen a fixation between the roots of the eyelash filaments and the eyelash stem.

8 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the pre-fixing the roots of the eyelash filaments with the eyelash stem comprises:
melting surfaces of the roots of the eyelash filaments and/or surfaces of the eyelash stem by applying ultrasonic fusion or laser fusion to pre-fix portions where the eyelash stem and the roots of the eyelash filaments are in contact with each other.

9 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein secondary fixing to strengthen a fixation between the roots of the eyelash filaments and the eyelash stem comprises:
applying a fixing glue on cut positions where the roots of the eyelash filaments are cut on the eyelash stem, processing to fix the cut positions of the eyelash stem and the eyelash filaments after the fixing glue is cured.

         10 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein the fixing glue is an light-curing adhesive glue;
further comprising a step of forming a fixed adhesive layer by irradiating the ultraviolet light on the light-curing adhesive glue.

11 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the eyelash stem is made of PET material or PBT material.

12 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the eyelash stem is made of transparent material or black material.

13 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the method further comprises a step of shaping and fixing the eyelash stem.
