Drum system comprising multiple horizontal bars

Abstract

A drum to be used in textile finishing operations has a body and a helical wrap surrounding the body from the middle part to the ends thereof. The drum has a plurality of bars arranged at certain intervals determined according to the requirements of the process.

A drum to be used in textile finishing operations, comprising a body and a helical wrap surrounding said body from a middle part to ends thereof, and it is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of bars forming said body by being arranged at certain intervals determined according to the requirements of the process. 
     
     
         2 . The drum according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said horizontal bars form an elliptical body form. 
     
     
         3 . The drum according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said horizontal bars form a polygonal body form. 
     
     
         4 . The drum according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said body comprises fixing plates on which said bars are connected. 
     
     
         5 . The drum according to  claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one shaft providing rotational motion by transferring the motion it receives from a drive unit to the body. 
     
     
         6 . The drum according to  claim 2 , characterized in that it comprises at least one shaft providing rotational motion by transferring the motion it receives from a drive unit to the body.
