Abstract

A floor cleaning machine including an electrochemical cell having an anode, a cathode, an electrolyte, an electrochemical cell controller in at least one of unilateral and/or bilateral communication with at least one of the anode, the cathode, and the electrolyte, and wherein the electrochemical cell is associated with at least one of a recovery tank sub-assembly, a vacuum fan sub-assembly, a solution tank sub-assembly, a solution flow sub-assembly, a control console sub-assembly, at least one of a frame and wheel sub-assembly and a frame and transaxle sub-assembly, a scrub head sub-assembly, a scrub head lift sub-assembly, and a squeegee sub-assembly.

         8 . A floor scrubber, said floor scrubber comprising:
 at least one wheel for movably supporting said floor scrubber;   a base assembly; and   a scrubber head; said scrubber head comprising a pad driver to which a pad is secured with said pad adapted to being placed in contact with a surface to be cleaned, said scrubber head further comprising a motor mounting bracket to which a motor is mounted with said pad driver being secured to said motor mounting bracket by a plurality of lower vibration isolator mounts connected to and disposed between said pad driver and said motor mounting bracket, and wherein said motor is configured to move said pad driver and said pad when cleaning a surface, and wherein said scrubber head further comprises a pair of orbital head mounting brackets, said orbital head mounting brackets being secured to said motor mounting bracket by a plurality of upper vibration isolator mounts connected to and disposed between said motor mounting bracket and said orbital head mounting brackets, and wherein said motor mounting bracket further includes a pair of scrubber head wheels with vertically oriented axes of rotations and with an outer perimeter of said scrubber head wheels at least partially extending beyond a periphery of said motor mounting bracket and configured to guide movement of the scrubber head adjacent a vertical surface.   
     
     
         9 . A scrubber head for a floor scrubber, said scrubber head comprising:
 a pad driver;   a motor mounting bracket to which a motor is mounted with said pad driver being secured to said motor mounting bracket by a plurality of lower vibration isolator mounts connected to and disposed between said pad driver and said motor mounting bracket, and wherein said motor is configured to move said pad driver when cleaning a surface; and   a pair of orbital head mounting brackets, said orbital head mounting brackets being secured to said motor mounting bracket by a plurality of upper vibration isolator mounts connected to and disposed between said motor mounting bracket and said orbital head mounting brackets.   
     
     
         10 . An orbital scrubber head for a floor scrubber, said orbital scrubber head comprising:
 an orbital pad driver;   a motor mounting bracket to which a motor is mounted with said pad driver being secured to said motor mounting bracket by a plurality of lower vibration isolator mounts connected to and disposed between said pad driver and said motor mounting bracket, and wherein said motor is configured to move said pad driver when cleaning a surface; and   a pair of orbital head mounting brackets, said orbital head mounting brackets being secured to said motor mounting bracket by a plurality of upper vibration isolator mounts connected to and disposed between said motor mounting bracket and said orbital head mounting brackets.
