Abstract

A bullpup rifle, which has models existing in the art operating individually in pump-action, semi-automatic and automatic systems in the defense industry and the hunting weapon sector, having a barrel, in which the ammunition/cartridge are fired, the barrel having at least one gas discharge hole. A gas system is provided to convert the semi-automatic and automatic rifles to manual (pump-action) and/or pump-action system of the rifle to semi-automatic and automatic system, through opening and closing the gas discharge hole feeding the gas chamber on the barrel by clockwise and/or counterclockwise movement of the gas chamber located on and surrounding the barrel, allowing automatic and/or semi-automatic shooting in the open position of the gas discharge hole and manual (pump-action) shooting in the closed position.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

1 . A bullpup rifle, which has models existing in the art operating individually in pump-action, semi-automatic and automatic systems in the defense industry and the hunting weapon sector, having a barrel, in which the ammunition/cartridge are fired, comprising at least one gas discharge hole , characterized in that the bullpup rifle comprises:
a gas system provided to convert the semi-automatic and automatic rifles to manual (pump-action) and/or pump-action system of the rifle to semi-automatic and automatic system, through opening and closing a gas discharge hole feeding a gas chamber on the barrel by clockwise and/or counterclockwise movement of the gas chamber located on and surrounding the barrel, allowing automatic and/or semi-automatic shooting in the open position of the gas discharge hole and manual (pump-action) shooting in the closed position.

2 . A bullpup rifle according to claim 1 , characterized in that the bullpup rifle comprises a hand stock in a lower part of the barrel, which is connected to the mechanism by means of a lever and sets the rifle by fore-back movement by the user in the pump-action/manual use of the rifle.

3 . A bullpup rifle according to claim 2 , characterized in that the bullpup rifle comprises a stock lock on the said hand stock, which locks and releases the hand stock by applying force by the user on it.

4 . A bullpup rifle according to claim 1 , characterized in that the gas system comprises a gas chamber, which has a gas passage into it through the opening-closing of the gas discharge holes on the barrel according to the system (semi-automatic or pump-action) on which the rifle will operate.

5 . A bullpup rifle according to claim 4 , characterized in that the bullpup rifle comprises a lock nut providing tight connection of the gas chamber to the barrel.

6 . A bullpup rifle according to claim 4 , characterized in that the bullpup rifle comprises a piston, to which said gas chamber transfers the gas contained therein when the rifle is to be operated in the semi-automatic system, and which sets the rifle again.

7 . A bullpup rifle according to claim 4 , characterized in that the bullpup rifle comprises at least one selection latch connected to the latch slot formed on said gas chamber and which enables the user to rotate the gas chamber on the barrel a certain amount in the clockwise/counterclockwise direction.

8 . A 3 rifle according to claim 1 , characterized in that said gas system can be applied to magazine-fed rifles.
