Abstract

Disclosed is underwear with the function of preventing the garment from shifting, the underwear having a waist opening, two leg openings, a crotch, and a waist ring belt adjacent the waist opening. The main feature is that the waist ring belt includes first and second belt parts, and a pre-fold line between the first and second belt parts, so that the first belt part can be selectively folded and abutted against the outside of the second belt part. The outside of at least one of the belt parts has a frictional anti-slip component. Due to the different folding states of the first belt part, the frictional anti-slip component can be formed in a hidden or exposed state. In the exposed state, the anti-slip component abuts against the garment at the outside of the waist ring belt. In this state, the frictional anti-slip component produces friction to prevent shifting.

Claims

We claim:

1 . An underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting, the underwear includes: a waist opening, two legs opening, a crotch between the two legs opening, and a waist ring belt arranged adjacent to the waist opening; the waist ring belt has the flexibility in a circumferential direction, and the waist ring belt is connected with the upper end of the underwear by a connecting part; the waist ring belt comprises a first belt part and a second belt part connected with each other, a pre-fold line is provided between the first belt part and the second belt part, so that the first belt part can be selectively folded and abutted against the outside of the second belt part, or the first belt part and the second belt part are unfolded from each other; and wherein the outside of at least one of the first belt part and the second belt part is provided with at least one frictional anti-slip component. By means of the different folding states of the first belt part, the frictional anti-slip component can be in a hidden or exposed state; in this state, the frictional anti-slip component is abutted against the outside garment of the waist ring belt to prevent it from drifting.

2 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 1 , wherein the first belt part and the second belt part of the waist ring belt are in an upper and lower arrangement relationship, so that when the first belt part is folded outward and downward, it is abutted against the outside of the second belt part; the connecting part is disposed under the second belt part; when the first belt part is folded down and abutted against the outside of the second belt part, the frictional anti-slip member is in a hidden state; and when the first belt part and the second belt part are in a state of being unfolded from each other, the frictional anti-slip member is in an exposed state; and when the first belt part is in a folded state, it is abutted against the entire area or a partial area of the second belt part, and the frictional anti-slip component must be in a hidden state.

3 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 1 , wherein the second belt part and the first belt part of the waist ring belt are in the inner and outer arrangement relationship, and the connecting part is disposed between the first belt part and the second belt part, which forms an arrangement type of the pre-fold line adjacent to the connecting part; the first belt part can be selectively folded upward or folded downward with the pre-fold line as a support point; when the first belt part is folded upwards and abutted against the outside of the second belt part, the frictional anti-slip component is in the shielded and hidden state; when the first belt part is folded down, the first belt part and the second belt part are in a state of being unfolded with each other, and the frictional anti-slip component is in an exposed state.

4 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 1 , wherein the second belt part and the first belt part of the waist ring belt are in an inner and outer arrangement relationship, and the connecting part is disposed between the first belt part and the second belt part, which forms the arrangement type of the pre-fold line adjacent to the connecting part; the first belt part can be selectively folded up or down with the pre-fold line as a support point, and at least one frictional anti-slip component is disposed in the first belt part; when the first belt part is folded up and abutted against the outside of the second belt part, the frictional anti-slip component is in the exposed state; when the first belt part is folded downward, the first belt part and the second belt part are in the unfolded with each other, which forms the frictional anti-slip component toward the inside and in the hidden state.

5 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 2 , wherein the frictional anti-slip component is located at the outside of at least anyone of the first belt part and the second belt part, and is in the form of a continuous circumferential arrangement type.

6 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 3 , wherein the frictional anti-slip component is located at the outside of at least anyone of the first belt part and the second belt part, and is in the form of a continuous circumferential arrangement type.

7 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 4 , wherein the frictional anti-slip component is located at the outside of at least anyone of the first belt part and the second belt part, and is in the form of a continuous circumferential arrangement type.

8 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 2 , wherein at least one frictional anti-slip component is disposed on the outside of at least anyone of the first belt part and the second belt part, and is in a spaced block arrangement type or a spacing point distribution type.

9 . The underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting defined in claim 3 , wherein at least one frictional anti-slip component is disposed on the outside of at least anyone of the first belt part and the second belt part, and is in a spaced block arrangement type or a spacing point distribution type.
