Abstract

A stepper exercise machine includes a machine body, a pedal linking rod, a pedal, a connecting assembly, a sliding rod, a sliding rod adjustment assembly, a connecting support, and a base. When in use, by adjusting the sliding rod adjustment assembly, the inclination angle of the sliding rod is adjusted, and the gradient for the pedal to be moved on the sliding rod is also adjusted, that is, the motion trajectory and exercise intensity of the stepper exercise machine is adjusted, thereby increasing the scope of use of the stepper exercise machine and meeting the diversified needs of the user.
