Abstract
Disclosed herein is a nursing garment, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the nursing garment may include an inner garment, at least one fastener, and an outer garment. Further, the inner garment may be configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment may include a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel. Further, the at least one fastener may correspond to the at least one slit. Further, the at least one fastener may be attached to the inner garment. Further, the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment. Further, an outer periphery of the outer garment may include a fixed periphery and a free periphery. Further, the outer garment may be attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery.

1 . A nursing garment comprising:
an inner garment configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment comprising a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel, wherein the frontal torsal panel comprises a chest panel configured to cover a chest of the torso, wherein the frontal torsal panel further comprises at least one slit, wherein the at least one slit is disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel, wherein a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit is less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel; at least one fastener corresponding to the at least one slit, wherein the at least one fastener is attached to the inner garment, wherein the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state, wherein the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit, wherein the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit; and an outer garment attached to the inner garment, wherein an outer periphery of the outer garment comprises a fixed periphery and a free periphery, wherein the outer garment is attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery, wherein the outer garment is configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment juxtaposed with the inner garment and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment displaced away from the inner garment, wherein in the resting state, the outer garment is configured to cover the at least one slit.
2 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the proximity of the region from the chest panel is in a range of 1-4 inches.
3 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the length corresponding to the each slit is less than 25% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel;
4 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the length corresponding to the each slit is less than 50% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel;
5 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the length corresponding to the each slit is less than 75% each of the width and the length associated with the frontal torsal panel;
6 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein each slit of the at least one slit comprises a first end and a second end, wherein each of the first end and the second end is discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment.
7 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the outer garment further comprises a first part of at least one outer garment fastener disposed proximal to the free periphery and the inner garment comprises a second part of the at least one outer garment fastener, wherein the first part and the second part corporates to fastened the outer garment to the inner garment.
8 . The nursing garment of claim 7 , wherein the free periphery of the outer garment extends beyond a periphery of the inner garment by a range of 1-10 inches.
9 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the free periphery proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel in the resting state.
10 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the inner garment comprises an absorbent layer disposed on an inner side of the inner garment, wherein the absorbent layer is configured to absorb a liquid.
11 . The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprising:
a pressure sensor disposed on the inner garment, wherein the pressure sensor is configured for generating pressure sensor data representing a pressure imparted to the inner garment;
a controller communicatively coupled to the pressure sensor, wherein the controller is configured for generating a control signal based on the pressure sensor data; and
an actuator operationally coupled with a fastener of the at least one fastener, wherein the actuator is configured to transition the fastener between the fastened state and the unfastened state based on the control signal.
12 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the outer garment is detachably attached to the inner garment using at least one garment fastener along the fixed periphery, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one garment fastener disposed, wherein the inner garment comprises a second part of the at least one garment fastener, wherein the first part and the second part is detachably attached.
13 . The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprises at least one position fastener, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one position fastener disposed along the free periphery, wherein the inner garment comprises a plurality of second parts of the at least one position fastener corresponding to a plurality of positions, wherein the first part and each second part of the plurality of second parts is configured to be detachably attached, wherein the at least one position fastener is configured to fix the position of the free periphery in at least one position of the plurality of positions.
14 . The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprising:
at least one biological sensor disposed on the inner garment, wherein the at least one biological sensor is configured to generate at least one biological sensor data associated with at least one biological activity of the user;
a processing device communicatively coupled with the at least one biological sensor, wherein the processing device is configured for:
analyzing the at least one biological sensor data;
generating biological data based on the analyzing; and
a vibrator communicatively coupled with the processing device, wherein the vibrator configured to perform at least one vibrating action based on the biological data.
15 . The nursing garment of claim 1 further comprising:
at least one temperature sensor disposed on at least one of the inner garment and the outer garment, wherein the at least one temperature sensor is configured to generate at least one temperature sensor data associated with the user;
a processing device communicatively coupled with the at least one temperature sensor, wherein the processing device is configured for:
analyzing the at least one temperature sensor data;
generating at least one control command based on the analyzing; and
a heating device disposed on the inner garment, wherein the heating device is configured for heating of at least one of the inner garment and the outer garment based on the at least one control command
16 . The nursing garment of claim 1 , wherein the inner garment comprises a shoulder panel, a neck panel, the frontal torsal panel, and the rear torsal panel arranged in at least one configuration, wherein the at least one configuration provides the appearance of at least one upper-body clothing.
17 . A nursing garment comprising:
an inner garment configured to be worn around a torso, the inner garment comprising a frontal torsal panel and a rear torsal panel attached to the frontal rear torsal panel, wherein the frontal torsal panel comprises a chest panel configured to cover a chest of the torso, wherein the frontal torsal panel further comprises at least one slit, wherein each slit of the at least one slit comprises a first end and a second end, wherein each of the first end and the second end is discontiguous with a periphery of the inner garment, wherein the at least one slit is disposed at least one of the chest panel and a region proximal to chest panel, disposed on at least one of the chest panel and the frontal torsal panel, wherein a length corresponding to each slit of the at least one slit is less than each of a width and a length associated with the frontal torsal panel; at least one fastener corresponding to the at least one slit, wherein the at least one fastener is attached to the inner garment, wherein the at least one fastener associated with at least one of a fastened state and an unfastened state, wherein the unfastened state corresponds with the opening of the at least one slit, wherein the fastened state corresponds with the closing of the at least one slit; and an outer garment attached to the inner garment, wherein an outer periphery of the outer garment comprises a fixed periphery and a free periphery, wherein the outer garment is attached to the inner garment along the fixed periphery, wherein the free periphery proximal to a lower rim of the frontal torsal panel in the resting state, wherein the outer garment is configured to be moved between a resting state corresponding to the outer garment juxtaposed with the inner garment and a lifted state corresponding to the outer garment displaced away from the inner garment, wherein in the resting state, the outer garment is configured to cover the at least one slit.

The nursing garment of claim 17 , wherein the outer garment is detachably attached to the inner garment using at least one garment fastener along the fixed periphery, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one garment fastener disposed, wherein the inner garment comprises a second part of the at least one garment fastener, wherein the first part and the second part is detachably attached.
19 . The nursing garment of claim 17 , wherein the inner garment comprises an absorbent layer disposed on an inner side of the inner garment, wherein the absorbent layer is configured to absorb a liquid.

The nursing garment of claim 17 further comprises at least one position fastener, wherein the outer garment comprises a first part of the at least one position fastener disposed along the free periphery, wherein the inner garment comprises a plurality of second parts of the at least one position fastener corresponding to a plurality of positions, wherein the first part and each second part of the plurality of second parts is configured to be detachably attached, wherein the at least one position fastener is configured to fix the position of the free periphery in at least one position of the plurality of positions.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
