Abstract

Provided is a mobile terminal that communicates with a server that performs call control between an intercom disposed in a lobby of an apartment building and an indoor monitor. The server stores event information transmitted from the intercom, the indoor monitor, or a terminal apparatus connected to the server. The mobile terminal includes: a receiver that receives the event information from the server; and a display section that displays the event information in chronological order from an upper side to a lower side of a display apparatus and that scroll displays the event information.

A mobile terminal configured to communicate with a server, wherein the server performs call control between a telephone disposed in a lobby of a building and an indoor monitor disposed in a room of the building, the indoor monitor and the mobile terminal having a shared identifier, the mobile terminal comprising:
 a receiver, which, in operation, receives a call to the mobile terminal from the server that receives the shared identifier from the telephone;   a telephone connector, which, in response to the call, establishes a session with the telephone via the server based on a first protocol; and   a camera connector, which, in response to the call, establishes a session with a camera disposed in the lobby based on a second protocol different from the first protocol.   
     
     
         2 . The mobile terminal according to  claim 1 , wherein the call is a push notification from the server. 
     
     
         3 . The mobile terminal according to  claim 1 , wherein the first protocol is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). 
     
     
         4 . The mobile terminal according to  claims 1 , wherein the second protocol is a Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP). 
     
     
         5 . A communication method for a mobile terminal configured to communicate with a server, wherein the server performs call control between a telephone disposed in a lobby of a building and an indoor monitor disposed in a room of the building, the indoor monitor and the mobile terminal having a shared identifier, the communication method comprising:
 the mobile terminal receiving a call from the server that receives the shared identifier from the telephone;   in response to the call, the mobile terminal establishing a session with the telephone via the server based on a first protocol; and   in response to the call, the mobile terminal establishing a session with a camera disposed in the lobby based on a second protocol different from the first protocol.   
     
     
         6 . The communication method according to  claim 5 , wherein the call is a push notification from the server. 
     
     
         7 . The communication method according to  claim 5 , wherein the first protocol is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). 
     
     
         8 . The communication method according to  claims 5 , wherein the second protocol is a Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP). 
     
     
         9 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a communication program for a mobile terminal configured to communicate with a server, wherein the server performs call control between a telephone disposed in a lobby of a building and an indoor monitor disposed in a room of the building, the indoor monitor and the mobile terminal having a shared identifier, the communication program, when loaded to the mobile terminal, causes the mobile terminal to execute processing comprising:
 receiving a call to the mobile terminal from the server that receives the shared identifier from the telephone;   in response to the call, establishing a session with the telephone via the server based on a first protocol; and   in response to the call, establishing a session with a camera disposed in the lobby based on a second protocol different from the first protocol.   
     
     
         10 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to  claim 9 , wherein the call is a push notification from the server. 
     
     
         11 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to  claim 9 , wherein the first protocol is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). 
     
     
         12 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to  claim 9 , wherein the second protocol is a Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP). 
     
     
         13 . An intercom system, comprising:
 a telephone disposed in a lobby of a building;   an indoor monitor disposed in a room of the building;   a server that performs call control between the telephone and the indoor monitor; and   a mobile terminal configured to communicate with the server,   wherein,   the indoor monitor and the mobile terminal have a shared identifier; and   the mobile terminal includes:   a receiver, which, in operation, receives a call to the mobile terminal from the server that receives the shared identifier from the telephone;   a telephone connector, which, in response to the call, establishes a session with the telephone via the server based on first protocol; and   a camera connector, which, in response to the call, establishes a session with a camera disposed in the lobby based on a second protocol different from the first protocol.   
     
     
         14 . The system according to  claim 13 , wherein the call is a push notification from the server. 
     
     
         15 . The system according to  claim 13 , wherein the first protocol is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). 
     
     
         16 . The system according to  claim 13 , wherein the second protocol is a Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP).
