Abstract

A toy gun includes a gun body, a magazine, and a gun elastic member. The gun body includes one of a retractable latch and a convex edge. The magazine is slidably mounted at the gun body and includes another one of the latch and the convex edge. The latch is configured to abut against the convex edge to stop the magazine from sliding relative to the gun body. The gun elastic member is configured to be compressed when the latch abuts against the convex edge and drive the magazine to slide relative to the gun body when the latch is separated from the convex edge.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A toy gun comprising:
a gun body includes one of a retractable latch and a convex edge; a magazine slidably mounted at the gun body and includes another one of the latch and the convex edge, the latch being configured to abut against the convex edge to stop the magazine from sliding relative to the gun body; and a gun elastic member configured to:
be compressed when the latch abuts against the convex edge; and
drive the magazine to slide relative to the gun body when the latch is separated from the convex edge.

2 . The toy gun of claim 1 , wherein:
the gun body includes the latch; the magazine includes the convex edge; and the gun elastic member is provided at the magazine.

3 . The toy gun of claim 2 , wherein:
the gun body includes a gun body slide groove configured to cooperate the convex edge; and the convex edge is engaged in the gun body slide groove when the magazine is mounted at the gun body.

4 . The toy gun of claim 3 , wherein:
the latch is retractably located at the gun body slide groove and includes a first vertical surface; and an end surface of the convex edge is a second vertical surface configured to abut against the first vertical surface to stop the magazine from sliding relative to the gun body when the magazine is mounted at the gun body.

5 . The toy gun of claim 3 , wherein a shape of a cross-section of the gun body slide groove includes a square shape or a V-shape.

6 . The toy gun of claim 1 , further comprising:
a screw connected to the latch and configured to rotate to drive the latch to extend and retract.

7 . The toy gun of claim 1 , further comprising:
a convex block connected to the latch; and a cam connected to the convex block and configured to press the convex block to drive the convex block to move up and down, so as to cause the latch to extend and retract.

         8 . The toy gun of  claim 1 , further comprising;
a rack connected to the latch and configured to move up and down to drive the latch to extend and retract.

9 . The toy gun of claim 1 , further comprising:
 an operation mechanism including:
a button including a pressing block; and
 a connection member including a receiving groove formed at a side of the connection member and including a pressing surface;
   wherein:
the latch is fixed at a top end of the connection member; and
the button is configured to, when being operated, drive the connection member and the latch to retract through the pressing block abutting against the pressing surface.

10 . The toy gun of claim 9 , wherein the latch and the operation mechanism are both provided at the magazine or both provided at the gun body.

11 . The toy gun of claim 9 , wherein:
the receiving groove includes a through hole formed at a surface of the receiving groove that is opposite to the pressing block; the through hole is in communication with the receiving groove; and the pressing block is at least partially located in the through hole when the button is operated.

12 . The toy gun of claim 9 , wherein:
the connection member includes a bar-shaped protrusion; the button includes a button groove; and the bar-shaped protrusion is engaged in the button groove to guide the pressed button when the button is operated.

13 . The toy gun of claim 9 , wherein:
the operation mechanism is provided at the gun body and includes a button elastic member, one end of the button elastic member abutting against a bottom end of the connection member, and another end of the button elastic member abutting inside the gun body; and the button elastic member is configured to:
be compressed when the button is operated; and
drive the latch to extend out of the gun body or maintain the latch in an extended status when the button is not operated.

14 . The toy gun of claim 13 , wherein the connection member includes a pillar, and the button elastic member is at least partially sleeved at the pillar.

15 . The toy gun of claim 1 , wherein:
 the magazine includes:
 an outlet; and
a retractable bullet blocking member connected to the gun elastic member and configured to close the outlet when the magazine is separated from the gun body; and
   the gun body includes:
 an inlet; and
a stopper configured to abut against the bullet blocking member to retract the bullet blocking member to open the outlet when the magazine is mounted at the gun body, so that the outlet is connected to the inlet.
