Systems and methods for utilizing social media data to automatically execute a resource transaction
Abstract
Systems and methods for using analyzed social media data to predict a forward resource market and automatically execute a resource transaction accordingly. An example system may include a machine having a resource requirement and a controller. The controller may include: a resource requirement circuit to determine an amount of a resource needed; a social media data circuit to interpret data from social media data sources; a forward resource market circuit to access a forward resource market; and a market forecasting circuit to predict a forward market price of the resource in response to the interpreted social media data. A resource distribution circuit may execute a resource transaction on the forward resource market in response to the determined amount of the resource and the predicted forward market price.

1 . A transaction-enabling system, comprising:
a machine having at least one of a compute task requirement, a networking task requirement, and an energy consumption task requirement; and a controller, comprising:
a resource requirement circuit structured to determine an amount of a resource for the machine to service at least one of the compute task requirement, the networking task requirement, and the energy consumption task requirement;
a social media data circuit structured to interpret data from a plurality of social media data sources;
a forward resource market circuit structured to access a forward resource market;
a market forecasting circuit structured to predict a forward market price of the resource on the forward resource market in response to the interpreted data; and
a resource distribution circuit structured to execute a transaction of the resource on the forward resource market in response to the determined amount of the resource and the predicted forward market price of the resource.
2 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the resource comprises a spectrum allocation resource, and wherein the forward resource market comprises a forward market for spectrum allocation.
3 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the resource comprises an energy credit resource, and wherein the forward resource market comprises a forward market for energy credits.
4 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the resource comprises an energy resource, and wherein the forward resource market comprises a forward market for energy.
5 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the transaction of the resource on the forward resource market comprises one of buying or selling the resource.
6 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the market forecasting circuit further comprises at least one of a machine learning component, an artificial intelligence component, or a neural network component.
7 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the resource distribution circuit is further structured to adaptively improve one of an output value of the machine or a cost of operation of the machine using executed transactions on the forward resource market.
8 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 7 , wherein the resource distribution circuit further comprises at least one of a machine learning component, an artificial intelligence component, or a neural network component.
9 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the interpreted data relates to a human behavior indicative of an increasing energy demand.
10 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 1 , wherein the interpreted data relates to an indicator on social media that relates to a forward market price.
11 . The transaction-enabling system of claim 10 , wherein the indicator is at least one of a conversation type, a keyword occurrence, a sharing of topic indicators, or an event indicator.
12 . A method, comprising:
determining an amount of a resource for a machine to service at least one of a compute task requirement, a networking task requirement, and an energy consumption task requirement; interpreting data from a plurality of social media data sources; accessing a forward resource market; predicting a forward market price of the resource on the forward resource market in response to the plurality of social media data sources; and executing a transaction of the resource on the forward resource market in response to the determined amount of the resource and the predicted forward market price of the resource.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the resource comprises a spectrum allocation resource, and wherein the forward resource market comprises a forward market for spectrum allocation.
14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the resource comprises an energy credit resource, and wherein the forward resource market comprises a forward market for energy credits.
15 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the resource comprises an energy resource, and wherein the forward resource market comprises a forward market for energy.
16 . The method of claim 12 , wherein executing the transaction of the resource on the forward resource market comprises one of buying or selling the resource.
17 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising adaptively improving one of an output value of the machine or a cost of operation of the machine using executed transactions on the forward resource market.
18 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the interpreted data relates to a human behavior indicative of an increasing energy demand.
19 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the interpreted data relates to an indicator on social media that relates to a forward market price.
