A weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel, including a torso portion to cover at least a portion of at least one of a chest, a torso, and a back of a user, a collar to cover at least a portion of at least one of a neck and a chin of the user, the collar including a hood connected to the collar to cover at least a portion of a head of the user, and a face shield removably connected to at least a portion of the hood to prevent at least one of air and precipitation from entering the hood, a plurality of arm portions to cover at least a portion of at least one of an arm and a shoulder of the user, a pelvic portion to cover at least a portion of at least one of a waist, a hip, a crotch and buttocks of the user, and a plurality of leg portions to cover at least a portion at least one of a leg and a knee of the user.

a torso portion to cover at least a portion of at least one of a chest, a torso, and a back of a user; a collar to cover at least a portion of at least one of a neck and a chin of the user, the collar comprising:
a hood connected to the collar to cover at least a portion of a head of the user, and
a face shield removably connected to at least a portion of the hood to prevent at least one of air and precipitation from entering the hood;
a plurality of arm portions to cover at least a portion of at least one of an arm and a shoulder of the user; a pelvic portion to cover at least a portion of at least one of a waist, a hip, a crotch and buttocks of the user; and a plurality of leg portions to cover at least a portion at least one of a leg and a knee of the user.
2 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the torso portion comprises:
a torso fastener disposed on at least a portion of the torso portion to move from at least partially open in a first position to closed in a second position, such that the torso fastener prevents at least one of air and precipitation from entering the torso portion.
3 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the face shield comprises:
a respirator disposed on at least a portion of the face shield to facilitate breathing by the user.
4 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the face shield is transparent to allow the user to view outside of the hood.
5 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the face shield is tinted to prevent at least one of UV radiation rays and light rays from interfering with a vision of the user.
6 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of arm portions comprises:
a wrist portion disposed on at least a portion of an end of each of the plurality of arm portions.
7 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 6 , wherein the wrist portion comprises:
a glove to cover at least a portion of at least one of a hand and a wrist of the user; and a glove-storing compartment disposed within at least an interior portion of the wrist portion to store the glove therein.
8 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 7 , wherein the wrist portion further comprises:
a wrist fastener disposed on at least a portion of the wrist portion to move from closed in a first position to at least partially open in a second position, such that the glove is extracted from the glove-storing compartment.
9 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of leg portions comprises:
a plurality of leg fasteners disposed on at least a bottom end of each of the plurality of leg portions to move from at least partially open in a first position to closed in a second position, such that the plurality of leg fasteners prevents at least one of air and precipitation from entering the plurality of leg portions.
10 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , further comprising:
a heating system disposed within at least a portion of the weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel to at least partially increase a temperature within at least a portion of the weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel.
11 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 10 , further comprising:
a control unit disposed on at least a portion of the weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel to activate at least a portion of the heating system, such that the heating system at least partially heats up in response to a command from the control unit.
12 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , further comprising:
an insulation layer disposed on an interior surface of the weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel to keep the user warm.
13 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 1 , wherein the collar further comprises:
a hood-storing compartment disposed within at least an interior portion of the collar to store the hood therein.
14 . The weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel of claim 13 , wherein the collar further comprises:
a collar fastener disposed on at least a portion of the collar to move from closed in a first position to at least partially open in a second position, such that the hood is extracted from the hood-storing compartment.
15 . A weather-resistant-and-insulated apparel, comprising:
a torso portion to cover at least a portion of at least one of a chest, a torso, and a back of a user; a collar to cover at least a portion of at least one of a neck and a chin of the user, the collar comprising:
a hood connected to the collar to cover at least a portion of a head of the user, and
a hood-storing compartment disposed within at least an interior portion of the collar to store the hood therein;
