Abstract

The invention discloses a granular cigarette, comprising a tobacco tube encapsulated with tobacco particles; one end of the tube is provided with a filtering component and the other end a sealing component; the tobacco particles are arranged between the filtering and the sealing components. The filtering component can adopt traditional filtering cotton or filtering silica gel strip; the sealing component can adopt aluminum foil, tobacco sheet, self-closing silica gel plug, and glue film. A capsule packaging can be further adopted for the tobacco particles to solve the problem that the particles easily fall out during production. The invention replaces the low-temperature non-burning cigarette with a thin-film technology by encapsulating a granular cigarette, which has the advantages of simple production process, sufficient heating, uniform smoke, and the smoke can shuttle between particles; the problem of easy falling out of particles can be solved by the filtering and the sealing components.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A granular cigarette, comprising a tobacco tube ( 2 ) encapsulated with tobacco particles ( 1 ), wherein one end of the tobacco tube ( 2 ) is provided with a filtering component ( 3 ) and the other end thereof is provided with a sealing component ( 4 ) for preventing tobacco particles ( 1 ) from leaking out; the tobacco particles ( 1 ) are arranged between the filtering component ( 3 ) and the sealing component ( 4 ).

2 . The granular cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the filtering component ( 3 ) is a filtering silica gel strip, and the filtering silica gel strip is provided with at least one filtering air channel.

3 . The granular cigarette according to claim 2 , wherein the filtering air channel is a cogging structure arranged along the length of the filtering silica gel strip, and the end surface of the cogging structure of the filtering silica gel strip is in contact with the inner wall of the tobacco tube ( 2 ).

4 . The granular cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the end surface of the cogging structure of the filtering silica gel strip and the inner wall of the tobacco tube ( 2 ) are in an interference fit.

5 . The granular cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing component ( 4 ) may be an aluminum foil or a tobacco sheet.

6 . The granular cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing component ( 4 ) is a self-closing silica gel plug.

7 . The granular cigarette according to claim 6 , wherein the self-closing silica gel plug comprises a cylindrical tube ( 41 ), and the cylindrical tube ( 41 ) is sleeved or embedded at the end of the tobacco tube ( 2 ); one end of the inner hole of the cylindrical tube ( 41 ) is provided with an integrally formed diaphragm ( 42 ), and the diaphragm ( 42 ) is provided with a kerf ( 43 ).

8 . The granular cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing component ( 4 ) is a glue film.

9 . The granular cigarette according to claim 8 , wherein the surface of the glue film is provided with a layer of tobacco particles.

10 . The granular cigarette according to any one of claims 1 - 9 , wherein the tobacco tube ( 2 ) comprises a first tube body ( 21 ) and a second tube body ( 22 ) that are connected; the filtering component ( 3 ) is inserted into the first tube body ( 21 ); one end of the second tube body ( 22 ) is formed into a barrel structure by providing the sealing component ( 4 ); the second tube body ( 22 ) is provided with a barrel-shaped body ( 23 ) for plug-in connection, and the bottom of the barrel-shaped body ( 23 ) is provided with vent holes ( 231 ); the tobacco particles ( 1 ) are arranged in a capsule inner cavity formed by plugging both the second tube body ( 22 ) and the barrel-shaped body ( 23 ).
