Abstract
Provided is an aluminum case, including an aluminum plate, where the aluminum plate includes a plate body, and at least one surface of the plate body is attached with an insulating layer, so that at least one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the molded aluminum case has the insulating layer.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
. An aluminum case, comprising an aluminum plate, wherein the aluminum plate comprises a plate body, and at least one surface of the plate body is attached with an insulating layer.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the aluminum case is provided with the insulating layer.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein an outer surface of the aluminum case is provided with the insulating layer.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface and an outer surface of the aluminum case are both provided with the insulating layer.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein the insulating layer is configured to be a plastic film.
. The aluminum case of claim 5 , wherein the plastic film is made from Polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum case is stamp-molded from the aluminum plate.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein the insulating layer is attached to a surface of the plate body by spraying.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein the insulating layer is attached to a surface of the plate body by hot-pressing.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein the insulating layer is attached to a surface of the plate body by adhesive.
. The aluminum case of claim 10 , wherein on the aluminum plate, the insulating layer and the plate body are not completely fixed, so that in condition that the aluminum plate is stamp-stretched, the insulating layer is movable relative to the plate body.
. The aluminum case of claim 11 , wherein after the aluminum case is stretch-molded, the insulating layer and the plate body are cured to avoid detachment of the insulating layer and the plate body.
. The aluminum case of claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the insulating layer is configured in a range of 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm.
. The aluminum case of claim 2 , wherein the insulating layer is configured to be a plastic film.
. The aluminum case of claim 3 , wherein the insulating layer is configured to be a plastic film.
. The aluminum case of claim 4 , wherein the insulating layer is configured to be a plastic film.
. The aluminum case of claim 2 , wherein the aluminum case is stamp-molded from the aluminum plate.
. The aluminum case of claim 3 , wherein the aluminum case is stamp-molded from the aluminum plate.
. The aluminum case of claim 4 , wherein the aluminum case is stamp-molded from the aluminum plate.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
