Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A container suitable for delivering a medicinal composition for inhalation therapy, the container comprising:
 a) a primary enclosure having an elongated body and an interior space therewithin; b) a secondary enclosure positioned within the primary enclosure interior; c) a medicinal composition comprising Crocus sativus ; and d) wherein the medicinal composition is positioned within the secondary enclosure.

2 . The container of claim 1 wherein the medicinal composition comprises a Crocus sativus extract.

3 . The container of claim 1 wherein the secondary container is composed of an absorbent material, a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric.

4 . The container of claim 1 wherein the container is an inhaler device.

5 . The container of claim 1 wherein the secondary enclosure comprises a pouch, a bag or a pillow that encloses the medical composition therewithin.

6 . The container of claim 1 wherein the elongated primary enclosure is of a tubular form having a primary enclosure proximal end extending to a primary enclosure distal end.

7 . The container of claim 6 wherein an annular opening extends through a sidewall positioned at the primary enclosure distal end.

8 . The container of claim 1 wherein the primary enclosure is positionable within a nose.

9 . The container of claim 1 wherein a wick is positioned within the secondary enclosure and wherein at least a portion of the wick resides within the medical composition.

10 . The container of claim 1 wherein the secondary enclosure is filled with a mixture comprising Crocus sativus extract.

11 . The container of claim 1 wherein the medicinal composition is a compound comprising Crocus sativus.

12 . The container of claim 11 wherein the compound further comprises an oil, a wax, a petroleum jelly, a polymeric material, a glycerin, a flavoring, a vitamin, a hardener, an alcohol, a spice, an herb, a tincture or combinations thereof.

13 . The container of claim 1 wherein the medical composition further comprises an herb, a petroleum jelly, a spice, a vitamin, a flavoring, an alcohol, a polymeric material, a glycerin, a tincture or combinations thereof.

14 . An inhaler suitable for delivering a medicinal composition, the inhaler comprising:
 a) a housing comprising an elongated tubular form having a primary enclosure proximal end extending to a primary enclosure distal end and an interior space therewithin, wherein an annular opening extends through the primary enclosure distal end; b) a secondary enclosure composed of an absorbent material positioned within the housing interior; and c) a medicinal composition comprising Crocus sativus positioned within the secondary enclosure.

15 . The inhaler of claim 14 wherein the secondary enclosure comprises a pouch, bag or pillow that encloses the medical composition therewithin.

16 . The inhaler of claim 14 wherein a wick is positioned within the secondary enclosure and wherein at least a portion of the wick resides within the medical composition.

17 . The inhaler of claim 14 wherein the secondary enclosure is filled with a mixture comprising Crocus sativus.

18 . The inhaler of claim 14 wherein the medicinal composition comprises a compound comprising Crocus sativus.

19 . The container of claim 18 wherein the compound further comprises an oil, a wax, a petroleum jelly, a polymeric material, a glycerin, a flavoring, a vitamin, a hardener, an alcohol, a spice, an herb, a tincture or combinations thereof.

20 . An inhaler suitable for delivering a medicinal composition, the inhaler comprising:
 a) a housing of an elongated tubular form with a primary enclosure proximal end extending to a primary enclosure distal end and an interior space therewithin, wherein an annular opening extends through the primary enclosure distal end; b) a secondary enclosure composed of an absorbent material positioned within the housing interior; c) a mixture comprising Crocus sativus extract residing within the secondary enclosure, wherein the secondary enclosure encases the mixture therewithin.
