A dishwasher

Abstract

The present invention relates to a dishwasher, comprising a rack wherein the dishes are placed; a body that is disposed at both sides of the rack ; a carrier on which the body is mounted, and an arm that is disposed on the body, that has a lock opening position that enables the body to be moved on the carrier when moved towards the rack by applying force and that has a locking position that enables the rack to be kept at the desired height by the position of the body being fixed on the carrier in the situation when the external force is not applied.

A dishwasher, comprising a rack wherein the dishes are placed; a body that is disposed at both sides of the rack; a carrier on which the body is mounted, and an arm that is disposed on the body, that has a lock opening position that enables the body to be moved on the carrier when moved towards the rack by applying force and that has a locking position that enables the rack to be kept at the desired height by the position of the body being fixed on the carrier in the situation when the external force is not applied, characterized by a housing arranged on the carrier; more than one recess that is arranged on the body so as to be on top of each other, and a pin that can be moved with the arm by contacting the arm, that is almost entirely outside the housing so as to be seated in the recess when the arm is in the locking position and that is released from the recess by being pushed into the housing by the arm while the arm is brought to the lock opening position.

The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by a channel that is arranged on the arm, through which the end of the pin passes and extends towards the body, and the extensions that enable the pin to bear against the arm by contacting the edges of the arm that surround the channel and to move with the arm extend outwards from above the pin. 
     
     
         3 . The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by a first spring that pushes the pin outside the housing when the arm is in the locking position and that enables the pin to be pushed into the housing by being compressed while the arm is brought to the lock opening position. 
     
     
         4 . The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by a ramp that is disposed right under the recess, that has the shape of an inclined surface towards the recess and that enables the pin to gradually move into the recess while the rack is carried to a relatively higher position than the present position. 
     
     
         5 . The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by the recess that has a curve at the upper portion that matches the shape of the pin. 
     
     
         6 . The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by the recesses that have a distance there between in the horizontal plane so that the ports of the recesses move closer to the carrier from the top to the bottom. 
     
     
         7 . The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by a pressing plate that is disposed at one end of the arm, that extends outwards from the body and that enables the user to easily move the arm. 
     
     
         8 . The dishwasher as in  claim 1 , characterized by a second spring that is disposed between the body and the pressing plate and that supports the pressing plate from the back by being compressed while the arm is brought to the lock opening position.
