Abstract
A hydraulic unit includes—a hydraulic pump, a motor configured to drive the hydraulic pump, an oil cooler configured to cool hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, a cooling fan configured to supply cooling air to the motor and the oil cooler, a shroud provided between the cooling fan and the oil cooler, arid a controller disposed adjacent to the motor. The controller controls the motor. The oil cooler includes a pair of headers, and a heat exchange unit provided between the pair of headers. The shroud includes a wall section covering at least one of the pair of headers. The controller includes a drive circuit configured to drive the motor, and a heat sink that cools the drive circuit. Part of the cooling air blown out from the cooling fan is guided toward the heat sink.

2 . A hydraulic unit comprising:
a hydraulic pump: a motor configured to drive the hydraulic pump; an oil cooler configured to cool hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump; a cooling fan configured to supply cooling air to the motor and the oil cooler; a shroud provided between the cooling fan and the oil cooler: and a controller disposed adjacent to the motor, the controller being configured to control the motor, the oil cooler including
a pair of headers, and
a heat exchange unit provided between the pair of headers,
the shroud including a wall section covering at least one of the pair of headers, the controller including
a drive circuit configured to drive the motor, and
a heat sink that cools the drive circuit, and
the shroud including a guide section configured to guide part of the cooling air blown out from the cooling fan toward the heat sink.
3 . A hydraulic unit comprising:
a hydraulic pump: a motor configured to drive the hydraulic pump; an oil cooler configured to cool hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump: a cooling fan configured to supply cooling air to the motor and the oil cooler; a shroud provided between the cooling fan and the oil cooler; a controller disposed adjacent to the motor, the controller being configured to control the motor: and a louver provided between the oil cooler and the motor, the oil cooler including
a pair of headers, and
a heat exchange unit provided between the pair of headers,
the shroud including a wall section covering at least one of the pair of headers, the controller including
a drive circuit configured to drive the motor, and
a heat sink that cools the drive circuit, and
the louver being configured to guide part of the cooling air blown out from the cooling fan toward the heat sink.
4 . The hydraulic unit according to claim 2 , further comprising:
a motor cover provided
such that the cooling air supplied by the cooling fan flows around the motor and
such that the motor cover covers the motor,
the motor cover having a shape that is adapted to a shape of the motor.
5 . The hydraulic unit according to claim 4 , wherein
the motor cover covers almost an entire space between the oil cooler and the motor.
6 . The hydraulic unit according to claim 2 , further comprising:
a motor cover provided
such that the cooling air supplied by the cooling fan flows around the motor and
such that the motor cover covers the motor,
the motor cover covering the heat sink.
7 . The hydraulic unit according to claim 3 , further comprising:
a motor cover provided
such that the cooling air supplied by the cooling fan flows around the motor and
such that the motor cover covers the motor,
the motor cover having a shape that is adapted to a shape of the motor.
8 . The hydraulic unit according to claim 3 , further comprising:
a motor cover provided
such that the cooling air supplied by the cooling fan flows around the motor and
such that the motor cover covers the motor,
