Toothbrush with Rotating Head

Abstract

The head of the toothbrush, rotating on its axis 180 degrees and 90 degrees to each side. A button is placed in the handle of the toothbrush with is connected to a lever, when the button is moved forward or backwards, it will apply force to the rotating pin. This is done by either using a gear system or simply attaching the lever to the side of the pin in order to transfer kinetic energy. The top of the rotating pin is attached to the part of the toothbrush that holds the bristles, which through rotating pushing or pulling the button can rotate the bristles 90 degrees each side or 180 degrees total. The bristle components can be composed of flexible material. This bristle part can be replaced or changed. Shorter, longer, wider, narrow, soft and harder bristle attachments can be used, based on the individual's needs.

Element #1 Toothbrush handle, contains all of the parts that compose's the operation of the rotating bristle head component. This part is used a lever to manipulate and maneuver the entire mechanism. 
     
       Element #2 Actuator switch, this button shape apparatus moves the actuator lever in a forward and backwards motion in order to turn the head of the rotating bristle component. 
     
     
       Element #3 Actuator lever, this is the kinetic energy transfer component, which transfer the forward and backwards motion of the actuator switch, to the actuator gear/pin wheel which in turn will rotate the adjustable bristle component. 
     
     
       Element #4 Adjustable Bristle Component, this bristle component can be adjusted 180 degrees. This allows for the component to be utilized at various positions when needed such as full length, due to the angle changes, the user can take advantage of various angles. 
     
     
       Element #5 Actuator Gear/Pin Wheel, This component could be made in a gear wheel or pin wheel configuration, it's function is to transfer the kinetic energy from acuter lever to the moving bristle component in order to achieve various angles. The movement will be clock wise or counter clock wise.
