Abstract

The invention as described is an elastic hair band ponytail to be worn in any type of hat for individuals that have hair loss for many different reasons. The elastic hair band ponytail has two alternating layers of sewn in hair tracks completely around the elastic band. The one inch elastic band and hair can be many variations of color to fit the needs of the user. The elastic band that has the hair tracks sewn in will be worn under any type of hat, visor, beanie, cap, or headband.

1 . A hair band ponytail apparatus to be worn by a user comprising:
 a hair band ponytail member for fitting about a user's head, said hair band ponytail member having a one inch wide elastic band adapted to substantially extend across the forehead and around the head of a user;   a hair band ponytail member having one inch hair tracks directly sewn onto said one inch elastic band to substantially extend across the forehead and around the head of a user, said hair band ponytail member independently extendable from said headband;   a hair band ponytail member having a second layer of one inch hair tracks directly sewn onto said one inch elastic band to substantially extend across the forehead and around the head of a user; and   a hair band ponytail member with two layers or hair tracks directly sewn onto said one inch elastic band, said hair band ponytail member will be placed onto head of a user to complete the ponytail look, said hair band ponytail can be worn under a variety of type hats.
