Cleaner head
Abstract
The present invention relates to a cleaner head including: a housing having an air outlet formed on the rear side thereof; a brush disposed exposedly from the underside of the housing in such a manner as to be extended in a longitudinal direction thereof and having both longitudinal ends rotatable to the housing by means of bearing modules; a driving motor built in the housing to rotate the brush through a power transmission mechanism; one side frame and the other side frame disposed on both longitudinal ends of the housing respectively; and a brush detachable module disposed on one side frame to detachably mount the bearing module disposed on one end of the brush in a lateral direction of the brush, whereby the brush can be easily mounted on the housing and one side frame, and further, the brush can be prevented from escaping by itself from the housing and one side frame while being used.

a housing having an air outlet formed on the rear side thereof; a brush disposed exposedly from the underside of the housing in such a manner as to be extended in a longitudinal direction thereof and having both longitudinal ends rotatable to the housing by means of bearing modules; a driving motor built in the housing to rotate the brush through a power transmission mechanism; one side frame and the other side frame disposed on both longitudinal ends of the housing respectively; and a brush detachable module disposed on one side frame to detachably mount the bearing module disposed on one end of the brush in a lateral direction of the brush.
2 . The cleaner head according to claim 1 , wherein the bearing module, which is disposed on one end of the brush, comprises:
a rotating shaft fixed axially to a center of a section of the brush; a bearing disposed along the periphery of the rotating shaft; and a bearing holder disposed along the periphery of the bearing.
3 . The cleaner head according to claim 2 , wherein the brush detachable module comprises:
a latch member disposed freely rotatable on one side frame in such a manner as to allow the bearing holder to be freely detachable therefrom in a lateral direction thereof; a handle member disposed on the opposite side to the latch member, while placing one side frame therebetween, and coupled to the latch member in such a manner where the latch member is not relatively rotated in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft; and a stopper member connected between the latch member and the handle member to restrict escape of the handle member from the latch member in the direction of the rotating shaft.
4 . The cleaner head according to claim 3 , wherein one end of the latch member is inserted into a through hole formed on one side frame, and the latch member has an access groove formed on the other end thereof to fit the bearing holder thereto in the lateral direction thereof.

The cleaner head according to claim 4 , wherein the handle member is disposed on the opposite side to the latch member, while the through hole is being placed between the handle member and the latch member, in such a manner as to be coupled linearly movable to one end of the latch member in the direction of the rotating shaft, and between the latch member or one side frame and the handle member, a compression spring is disposed to apply an elastic force so that the handle member is pushed against the latch member.
6 . The cleaner head according to claim 5 , wherein the handle member has a locking groove formed on a portion of the periphery thereof, and one side frame has a locking protrusion protruding therefrom in such a manner as to be lockable onto the locking groove.

The cleaner head according to claims 3 , wherein the latch member has a connection tube extended therefrom in a longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft in such a manner as to be inserted to the through hole of one side frame, and the handle member has a guide groove formed on the surface facing the latch member along the shape corresponding to the connection tube in such a manner as to allow the connection tube to be movably inserted thereinto.

The cleaner head according to claim 7 , wherein the latch member has a plurality of locking pieces spaced apart from each other along the peripheral surface of the connection tube in such a manner as to be locked onto the periphery of the through hole of one side frame after elastically contacting to and passing through the through hole.

The cleaner head according to claim 7 , wherein the guide groove has a fastening protrusion extended from the bottom thereof in the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft, the fastening protrusion having a screw groove formed at a center of the section thereof, the connection tube has a fastening hole formed on the bottom thereof to allow the fastening protrusion to pass therethrough, and the stopper member is formed of a fastening screw fastened to the screw groove of the fastening protrusion after passing through the fastening hole in such a manner as to have a head contacted onto the periphery of the fastening hole so that the stopper member is limited in movement.

The cleaner head according to claims 3 , wherein one side frame has a latch member installation groove formed thereon in such a manner as to accommodate the latch member therein, a first guide portion formed along the inner periphery of the latch member installation groove, and a first threshold part and a second threshold part formed on both ends of the first guide portion in a circumferential direction of the first guide portion, and the latch member has a second guide portion formed along the outer periphery thereof along the shape corresponding to the first guide portion and a third threshold part and a fourth threshold part formed on both circumferential ends of the second guide portion in such a manner as to be contacted correspondingly onto the first threshold part and the second threshold part.
11 . The cleaner head according to claim 10 , wherein the latch member has a limit plate disposed on the end portion of the second guide portion in the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft so as to cover at least a portion of the side end portion of the first guide portion.

The cleaner head according to claim 3 , wherein one side frame has a handle member installation groove formed thereon to accommodate the handle member therein, the handle member has a protruding ring protruding outward along the circumferential direction on an end portion facing toward the bottom of the handle member installation groove, the protrusion ring having the locking groove formed on a portion thereof, and one side frame has a locking protrusion protruding therefrom in such a manner as to be locked onto the locking groove of the protrusion ring.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
