Display device with multi-processor, control method for the same, and storage medium having control program stored thereon
Abstract
A display device includes a display, a first processor including a first interface that receives data from an external apparatus, and a second processor including a second interface that receives data from an external apparatus. The first processor transfers, to the display, data corresponding to first content to be displayed on the display, and the second processor transfers, to the display, data corresponding to second content to be displayed on the display. A processing power of the second processor is lower than a processing power of the first processor, and a data transfer rate of the first interface is faster than a data transfer rate of the second interface. The first processor and the second processor control a status of an image corresponding to the first and second content on the display.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A display device comprising:
a display; a first processor that transfers, to the display, data corresponding to first content to be displayed on the display, the first processor comprising a first interface that receives data from an external apparatus; and a second processor that transfers, to the display, data corresponding to second content to be displayed on the display, the second processor comprising a second interface that receives data from an external apparatus, wherein a processing power of the second processor is lower than a processing power of the first processor, wherein a data transfer rate of the first interface is faster than a data transfer rate of the second interface, and wherein the first processor and the second processor control a status of an image corresponding to the first and second content on the display.
2 . The display device according to claim 1 , wherein a data transmission capacity of the first interface is larger than a data transmission capacity of the second interface.
3 . The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the first interface communicates via a first wireless communication method, and
wherein the second interface communicates via a second wireless communication method which is different from the first wireless communication method.
4 . The display device according to claim 3 , wherein communication range of the first wireless communication method is longer than communication range of the second wireless communication method.
5 . The display device according to claim 4 , wherein the first wireless communication method is one of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and
wherein the second wireless communication method is Bluetooth low energy (BLE).
6 . A display control method of a display device comprising a display, a first processor that includes a first interface for communication with an external device and that transfers, to the display, data corresponding to first content to be displayed on the display, a second processor that includes a second interface for communication with an external device and that transfers, to the display, data corresponding to second content to be displayed on the display, a processing power of the second processor being lower than a processing power of the first processor, a data transfer rate of the first interface being faster than a data transfer rate of the second interface, and the method comprising:
receiving data from a first external device, via the second interface; receiving data from a second external device, via the first interface; and controlling, via the first processor and the second processor, an image corresponding to the first and second content on the display.
7 . The display control method according to claim 6 , wherein a data transmission capacity of the first interface is larger than a data transmission capacity of the second interface.
8 . The display control method according to claim 6 , wherein the first interface communicates via a first wireless communication method, and
wherein the second interface communicates via a second wireless communication method.
9 . The display control method according to claim 8 , wherein a communication range of the first wireless communication method is longer than a communication range of the second wireless communication method.
10 . The display control method according to claim 9 , wherein the first wireless communication method is one of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and
wherein the second wireless communication method is Bluetooth low energy (BLE).
11 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium having a display control program stored thereon that is executable by an apparatus having a display, a first processor that includes a first interface for communication with an external device and that transfers, to the display, data corresponding to first content to be displayed on the display, a second processor that includes a second interface for communication with an external device and that transfers, to the display, data corresponding to second content to be displayed on the display, a processing power of the second processor being lower than a processing power of the first processor, a data transfer rate of the first interface being faster than a data transfer rate of the second interface, and the program being executable by the apparatus to control the apparatus to perform operations comprising:
receiving data from a first external device, via the second interface; receiving data from a second external device, via the first interface; and controlling, via the first processor and the second processor, an image corresponding to the first and second content on the display.
12 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 9 , wherein a data transmission capacity of the first interface is larger than a data transmission capacity of the second interface.
13 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 9 , wherein the first interface communicates via a first wireless communication method, and
wherein the second interface communicates via a second wireless communication method.
14 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 13 , wherein a communication range of the first wireless communication method is longer than a communication range of the second wireless communication method.
15 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 14 , wherein the first wireless communication method is one of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and
wherein the second wireless communication method is Bluetooth low energy (BLE).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
