Abstract

Method of using ureidomustine (BO-1055), a water-soluble NDA cross-linking agent, in the treatment of small lung cell carcinoma (SCLC).

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method of treating cancer in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of small lung cell carcinoma (SCLC). 
     
     
         2 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein said method results in a therapeutically significant reduction in the number of said cancer cells and does not result in significant toxicities against non-malignant tissues. 
     
     
         3 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein said ureidomustine is formulated as a pharmaceutical composition. 
     
     
         4 . The method according to  claim 1 , further comprising administration of another anti-cancer active agent to said patient.
