3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the RPM package includes a plurality of RPM commands including the RPM command based on a priority of the plurality of RPM commands, and
 wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a user input for executing the plurality of RPM commands included in the RPM package, the user input being a combined input for the RPM package; and
performing an operation based on the user input.

4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein, in case that more than one RPM commands are pending in the server, a priority of the more than one RPM commands is determined based on a request of an operator.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein, in case that more than one profile downloads are pending in the server, a priority of the more than one profile downloads is determined based on a request of an operator.

6 . A method performed by a server in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a terminal, a first message including first information associated with an operation type requested by the terminal, the first information indicating a profile download; transmitting, to the terminal, a second message based on the first information, the second message including first data for an operation of the profile download and a signature of the server for the first data; receiving, from the terminal, a third message including second information associated with an operation type requested by the terminal, the second information indicating a remote profile management (RPM); and transmitting, to the terminal, a fourth message based on the second information, the fourth message including second data for an operation of the RPM and a signature of the server for the second data, wherein the second data comprises an RPM package and the RPM package includes an RPM command.

7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the first data comprises information indicating that the RPM package is pending, and
wherein the second data further comprises information indicating that another RPM package is pending.

8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the RPM package includes a plurality of RPM commands including the RPM command based on a priority of the plurality of RPM commands, and
wherein an operation corresponding to the plurality of RPM commands included in the RPM package is performed based on a user input for executing the plurality of RPM commands, the user input being a combined input for the RPM package.

9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein, in case that more than one RPM commands are pending in the server, a priority of the more than one RPM commands is determined based on a request of an operator.

10 . The method of claim 6 , wherein, in case that more than one profile downloads are pending in the server, a priority of the more than one profile downloads is determined based on a request of an operator.

11 . A terminal in a wireless communication system, the terminal comprising:
a transceiver; and a controller configured to:
transmit, to a server via the transceiver, a first message including first information associated with an operation type requested by the terminal, the first information indicating a profile download,
receive, from the server via the transceiver, a second message based on the first information, the second message including first data for an operation of the profile download and a signature of the server for the first data,
transmit, to the server via the transceiver, a third message including second information associated with an operation type requested by the terminal, the second information indicating a remote profile management (RPM), and
receive, from the server via the transceiver, a fourth message based on the second information, the fourth message including second data for an operation of the RPM and a signature of the server for the second data,
wherein the second data comprises an RPM package and the RPM package includes an RPM command.
