Abstract
Provided are a method and an apparatus for a delay reduction mode operation of a base station and a terminal, and the base station of the present invention can: transmit, to the terminal, first information related to hybrid ARQ (HARQ) timing by means of higher layer signaling; transmit, to the terminal, scheduling information and second information related to the HARQ timing; transmit, to the terminal, data scheduled by the scheduling information; and receive, from the terminal, positive reception acknowledgement or negative reception acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) information with respect to the data according to the HARQ timing, which is determined on the basis of the first information and the second information.

1 . A method performed by a terminal in a communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, information on at least a control channel resource on higher layer signaling; receiving, from the base station, downlink control information (DCI) including resource allocation information of downlink data and an indicator for an unavailable resource of the downlink data, wherein the at least the control channel resource is contained in the unavailable resource of the downlink data; and receiving, from the base station, the downlink data based on the resource allocation information of the downlink data and the indicator for the unavailable resource of the downlink data, wherein the downlink data is not mapped on resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a first value.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the information on the at least the control channel resource indicates a specific pattern on a frequency domain and a time domain of a control channel resource.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the downlink data is mapped on the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a second value.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the downlink data is rate-matched according to the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource and the resource allocation information.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the downlink data is not mapped on other control channel resources.
6 . A method performed by a base station in a communication system, the method comprising:
transmitting, to a terminal, information on at least a control channel resource on higher layer signaling; transmitting, to the terminal, downlink control information (DCI) including resource allocation information of downlink data and an indicator for an unavailable resource of the downlink data, wherein the at least the control channel resource is contained in the unavailable resource of the downlink data; and transmitting, to the terminal, the downlink data based on the resource allocation information of the downlink data and the indicator for the unavailable resource of the downlink data, wherein the downlink data is not mapped on resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a first value.
7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the information on the at least the control channel resource indicates a specific pattern on a frequency domain and a time domain of a control channel resource.
8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the downlink data is mapped on the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a second value.
9 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the downlink data is rate-matched according to the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource and the resource allocation information.
10 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the downlink data is not mapped on other control channel resources.
11 . A terminal in a communication system, the terminal comprising:
a transceiver; and a controller coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
receive, from a base station, information on at least a control channel resource on higher layer signaling,
receive, from the base station, downlink control information (DCI) including resource allocation information of downlink data and an indicator for an unavailable resource of the downlink data, wherein the at least the control channel resource is contained in the unavailable resource of the downlink data, and
receive, from the base station, the downlink data based on the resource allocation information of the downlink data and the indicator for the unavailable resource of the downlink data,
wherein the downlink data is not mapped on resources associated with the indicator for unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a first value.
12 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the information on the at least the control channel resource indicates a specific pattern on a frequency domain and a time domain of a control channel resource.
13 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the downlink data is mapped on the resources associated with the indicator for unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a second value.
14 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the downlink data is rate-matched according to the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource and the resource allocation information.
15 . The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the downlink data is not mapped on other control channel resources.
16 . A base station in a communication system, the base station comprising:
a transceiver; and a controller coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
transmit, to a terminal, information on at least a control channel resource on higher layer signaling,
transmit, to the terminal, downlink control information (DCI) including resource allocation information of downlink data and an indicator for an unavailable resource of the downlink data, wherein the at least the control channel resource is contained in the unavailable resource of the downlink data, and
transmit, to the terminal, the downlink data based on the resource allocation information of the downlink data and the indicator for the unavailable resource of the downlink data,
wherein the downlink data is not mapped on resources associated with the indicator for unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a first value.
17 . The base station of claim 16 , wherein the information on the at least the control channel resource indicates a specific pattern on a frequency domain and a time domain of a control channel resource.
18 . The base station of claim 16 , wherein the downlink data is mapped on the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource, in case that the indicator for the unavailable resource is a second value.
19 . The base station of claim 16 , wherein the downlink data is rate-matched according to the resources associated with the indicator for the unavailable resource and the resource allocation information.
