Service providing system, business analysis support system, and method

Abstract

Disclosed is a service providing system capable of providing an information processing function effective for a variety of system constructions as a service. The service providing system of the present embodiment realizes an information retrieval function, a knowledge base construction function, and a knowledge presentation function. The information retrieval function retrieves information on an analysis target and information indicating a condition of the analysis target; the knowledge base construction function constructs a knowledge database for acquiring knowledge corresponding to the condition of the analysis target based on the information retrieved by the information retrieval function. The knowledge presentation function presents knowledge corresponding to the condition of the analysis target from the knowledge database.

1 . A service providing system which provides an information processing function as a service by using a network and a computer,
 the computer being configured to realize:   information retrieval unit that retrieves information on an analysis target and information indicating a condition of the analysis target;   knowledge base construction unit that constructs a knowledge database for acquiring knowledge corresponding to the condition of the analysis target, based on the information retrieved by the information retrieval unit; and   knowledge presentation unit that presents knowledge corresponding to the condition of the analysis target from the knowledge database.   
     
     
         2 . The service providing system according to  claim 1 , wherein the knowledge base construction unit comprises
 a knowledge systematization processing unit for using information on the analysis target and generating a knowledge base in which knowledge is systematized; and   a mapping processing unit for generating a knowledge base to which the condition of the analysis target and the knowledge are mapped.   
     
     
         3 . The service providing system according to  claim 1 , wherein the knowledge presentation unit comprises a knowledge presentation processing unit for acquiring, from the knowledge database, knowledge mapped to a condition similar to a condition of an event of the analysis target. 
     
     
         4 . The service providing system according to  claim 2 , wherein the knowledge systematization unit is configured to:
 store, as a knowledge base, first raw label information in which a label is added to the information on the analysis target;   execute expression unification processing for the first raw label information, and   store, as a knowledge base, label information whose expressions are unified through the expression unification processing.   
     
     
         5 . The service providing system according to  claim 4 , wherein the mapping processing unit is configured to:
 input the first raw label information,   extract a co-occurrence relation between labels by using the first raw label information, and   store, as a knowledge base, a label ID of the first raw label information indicating the co-occurrence relation.   
     
     
         6 . The service providing system according to  claim 4 , further comprising:
 condition identification unit for acquiring and storing associated label information by using the first raw label information and second raw label information in which a label is added to the information indicating the condition of the analysis target.   
     
     
         7 . The service providing system according to  claim 6 , wherein the knowledge presentation processing unit is configured to:
 acquire a label ID of the associated label information, and   acquire information corresponding to knowledge from the knowledge base of the first raw label information by using the label ID of the associated label information.   
     
     
         8 . A method which applies to a service providing system that provides an information processing function as a service by using a network and a computer,
 the system being configured to execute:   processing for acquiring information on an analysis target and information indicating a condition of the analysis target;   processing for constructing a knowledge database for obtaining knowledge corresponding to the condition of the analysis target, and   processing for presenting the knowledge corresponding to the condition of the analysis target from the knowledge database.   
     
     
         9 . A business analysis support system comprising:
 a unit for realizing modeling of an observation indicator correlated with a given management indicator by using information on an analysis target;   a unit for executing machine learning for a model of the observation indicator and generating an inference model by using the information on the analysis target;   a unit for constructing a knowledge database in which the inference model and the information on the analysis target are stored as a knowledge base; and   information processing unit that generates information for a given business analysis support from the information on the analysis target by using the knowledge base.   
     
     
         10 . The business analysis support system according to  claim 9 , wherein the information processing unit comprises:
 a unit for determining an observation indicator for observing a management indicator of the analysis target;   a unit for inputting observation information for observing the management indicator; and   a unit for generating a KPI dashboard as information for the business analysis support by using the observation information.   
     
     
         11 . A method of a business analysis support system, the method comprising executing:
 processing for realizing modeling of an observation indicator correlated with a given management indicator by using information on an analysis target;   processing for executing machine learning for a model of the observation indicator and generating an inference model by using information on the analysis target;   processing for constructing a knowledge database in which the inference model and the information on the analysis target are stored as a knowledge base; and   processing for generating information for a predetermined business analysis support from the information on the analysis target by using the knowledge base.
