Diversified head wear ornament

Abstract

A diversified head wear ornament includes a wearing member having an arched elastomer made in the form of a headband and an outer fabric layer covered on the arched elastomer, and one or two ornamental members detachably fastened to the wearing member. Each ornamental member includes a mount, an ornament, a pivoting device connected between the ornament and the mount for allowing adjustment of the angular position of the ornament relative to the mount, and a fastener provided at the opposing bottom side of the mount for fastening the mount to the wearing member.

What the invention claimed is: 
     
         1 . A diversified head wear ornament, comprising a wearing member and at least one ornamental member detachably fastened to said wearing member, said wearing member comprising an arched elastomer in the form of a headband and an outer fabric layer covered on said arched elastomer, each said ornamental member comprising a mount, an ornament provided at a top side of said mount and a fastener provided at a bottom side of said mount for fastening said mount to said wearing member. 
     
     
         2 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 1 , further comprising a pivoting device connected between each said ornament and said mount for allowing adjustment of the angular position of each said ornament relative to said mount. 
     
     
         3 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said fastener is a clamp. 
     
     
         4 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each said ornament is bow-tie; said wearing member is an elastic band fastenable to the user's head or arm. 
     
     
         5 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each said ornament has the configuration of a bat; said wearing member is an elastic band fastenable to the user's head or arm. 
     
     
         6 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said wearing member is a hair clip is having an elongated mounting hole at one end thereof; said fastener is a T-shaped fastening rod inserted through said elongated mounting hole and then rotated through 90° to secure said mount) to said wearing member. 
     
     
         7 . A diversified head wear ornament, comprising a wearing member and at least one ornamental member detachably fastened to said wearing member, said wearing member comprising an arched elastomer in the form of a headband, each said ornamental member comprising an ornament, a mount having a clamping portion provided at a bottom side thereof for fastening to said wearing member and a pivoting device connected between a bottom side of said ornament and a top side of said mount for allowing adjustment of the angular position of said ornament relative to said mount. 
     
     
         8 . A diversified head wear ornament, comprising at least one wearing member each shaped like a headband, a plurality of ornaments fixedly connected to each said wearing member, and a fastener made in the form and a hook and affixed to each of two opposite ends of each said wearing member for fastening said wearing member to a cap. 
     
     
         9 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein two said wearing members are arranged together in a crossed manner for fastening to a cap by said hooks. 
     
     
         10 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein said at least one wearing member is selectively made of plastics, metal or an elastic band material. 
     
     
         11 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein two said wearing members are symmetrically arranged at opposing left and right sides for fastening to the rim of a sun visor or the frame of a pair of eyeglasses at two opposite lateral sides by the said fastener at one end of each said wearing member. 
     
     
         12 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein each said fastener is connected to the respective said wearing member using a pivoting device that allows adjustment of the angular position of the respective said hook relative to the respective said wearing member. 
     
     
         13 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein said fastener is a clip fastenable to the rim of a sun visor or the frame of a pair of eyeglasses. 
     
     
         14 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein said wearing member is retractable, comprising a base strip that defines thereof a sliding groove and an extension strip coupled to said sliding groove and movable in and out of said base strip. 
     
     
         15 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein said fastener is a clip, defining a downward clamping mouth for fastening to the rim of a sun visor or the frame of a pair of eyeglasses. 
     
     
         16 . The diversified head wear ornament as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein said fastener has a bottom side thereof provided with an ear hook for hooking on the user's ear.
