Abstract
According to an embodiment, a processing network is configured to access a reputation system, provide a first user interface, provide a second user interface, receive a request from a user through the second user interface, retrieve user information from the reputation system, assign a plurality of human intelligence tasks based on the request, receive a plurality of results from the plurality of human intelligence tasks, confirm an identity and a status of the user based on the user information and the plurality of results, execute the request based on confirming the identity and the status of the user, and store evidence of execution of the request as an immutable data entry in a permanent database. The first user interface includes information from the reputation system, and the plurality of human intelligence tasks are assigned to a plurality of participants through the first user interface.

1 . A processing network comprising:
a plurality of decentralized computing nodes in a blockchain consensus system, the plurality of decentralized computing nodes configured to operate a virtual machine as a decentralized autonomous entity using the blockchain consensus system, wherein the blockchain consensus system comprises a blockchain comprising a permanent database, wherein the virtual machine comprises:
a smart contract module comprising:
a policy module configured to maintain a listing of each user associated with the decentralized autonomous entity;
a claim module configured to:
receive an insurance claim from a user associated with the decentralized autonomous entity; and
process the insurance claim to determine a claim award amount associated with the insurance claim, wherein processing the insurance claim comprises accessing a reputation system; and
a fuel module configured to pay the user the determined claim award amount over a period of time in a plurality of payments using a primary resource.
2 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the claim module is configured to perform periodic claim checks as the claim award amount is paid during the period of time.
3 . The processing network of claim 2 , wherein the claim module is configured to perform periodic claim checks by accessing the reputation system.
4 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the smart contract module further comprises a new policy module configured to receive, from the user, a policy request to be added to the listing maintained by the policy module.
5 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the new policy module is configured to, in response to receiving the policy request, access the reputation system to retrieve information associated with the user.
6 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the primary resource is a cryptocurrency.
7 . The processing network of claim 6 , wherein the cryptocurrency is transacted on Ethereum.
8 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the insurance claim is an unemployment insurance claim.
9 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the claim module is configured to determine the insurance claim amount by using Schelling points.
10 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the claim module is configured to, during the processing of the insurance claim, retrieve the user information from the reputation system by fetching from the reputation system a profile associated with the user.
11 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the claim module is configured to, during the processing of the insurance claim, fetch a claim statement, a health of a policy pool, and an existing policyholder recommendation.
12 . The processing network of claim 11 , wherein the existing policyholder recommendation comprises a recommendation of a duration of claim payment or an amount of claim payment.
13 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the claim module is configured to, during the processing of the insurance claim, validate that the user is eligible to collect payment associated with the insurance claim.
14 . The processing network of claim 13 , wherein validating that the user is eligible to collect payment comprises validating that the user is eligible to collect payment based on a number of credits associated with the user.
15 . The processing network of claim 14 , wherein at least part of the number of credits are configured to be applied towards the eligibility validation of the user in a future time.
16 . The processing network of claim 1 , wherein the reputation system comprises a social media networking system.
17 . A method of operating a decentralized autonomous entity that comprises a plurality of decentralized computing nodes in a blockchain consensus system that comprises a blockchain comprising a permanent database, the method comprising:
maintaining a listing of each user associated with the decentralized autonomous entity; receiving an insurance claim from a user associated with the decentralized autonomous entity; processing the insurance claim to determine a claim award amount associated with the insurance claim, wherein processing the insurance claim comprises accessing a reputation system; and paying the user the determined claim award amount over a period of time in a plurality of payments using a primary resource.
18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein processing the insurance claim comprises:
fetching from the reputation system a profile associated with the user; and fetching a claim statement, a health of a policy pool, and an existing policyholder recommendation.
19 . The method of claim 17 , wherein processing the insurance claim comprises validating that the user is eligible to collect payment associated with the insurance claim based on a number of credits associated with the user.
