Abstract

The invention relates to a carrier insert for accommodating and maintaining the biofilm culture of fluid cleaning structures, which contains a spatial web made of staple fibres using the hosiery method. The characteristic feature of the invention is that the web ( 10 ) has internal textile units ( 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 ) joining each other in intermediate complete nodal points ( 20, 21, 22, 23 ) and situated between the complete nodal points ( 20, 21, 22, 23 ) and external textile ( 17, 18 ) units situated along the edges ( 10 a ) of the web ( 10 ), where in the case of at least a part of the complete nodal points ( 20, 21, 22, 23 ) there is an even number of internal textile units ( 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 ) guided into the given complete nodal point ( 20, 21, 22, 23 ), the internal sides ( 17 a, 18 a ) of the external textile units ( 17, 18 ) situated along the edges ( 10 a ) of the web ( 10 ) are connected to a complete nodal point ( 20, 21, 22, 23 ) each, and the external sides ( 17 b, 18 b ) of the external textile units ( 17, 18 ) are provided with connection points ( 24, 25 ) for joining the structure ( 1 ), and via the connection points ( 24, 25 ) the web ( 10 ) is attached to the structure ( 1 ) in a fixed position.

1 . Carrier insert for accommodating and maintaining the biofilm culture of fluid cleaning structures, which contains a spatial web made of staple fibres using the hosiery method, characterised by that the web ( 10 ) has internal textile units ( 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ) joining each other in intermediate complete nodal points ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ) and situated between the complete nodal points ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ), and external textile ( 17 , 18 ) units situated along the edges ( 10 a ) of the web ( 10 ), where in the case of at least a part of the complete nodal points ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ) there is an even number of internal textile units ( 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ) guided into the given complete nodal point ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ), the internal sides ( 17 a , 18 a ) of the external textile units ( 17 , 18 ) situated along the edges ( 10 a ) of the web ( 10 ) are connected to a complete nodal point ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ) each, and the external sides ( 17 b , 18 b ) of the external textile units ( 17 , 18 ) are provided with connection points ( 24 , 25 ) for joining the structure ( 1 ), and via the connection points ( 24 , 25 ) the web ( 10 ) is attached to the structure ( 1 ) in a fixed position.

         2 . Carrier insert as in claim 1 , characterised by that two of the internal textile units ( 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ) situated in a given complete nodal point ( 20 , 21 , 22 ) are positioned in the same principal plane (S 1 , S 2 , S 3 ), and the given principal plane (S 1 , S 2 , S 3 ) is taken through the given complete nodal point ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ).

         3 . Carrier insert as in claim 1 or 2 , characterised by that at least a part of the textile units ( 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 ) are joined to each other in the complete nodal point ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ) with an adhesion and/or cohesion and/or hosiery joint.

         4 . Carrier insert as in any of claims 1 - 3 , characterised by that some of the textile units ( 11 , 12 ; 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ; 17 , 18 ) are made of the same material, and individual groups of such arranged textile units ( 11 , 12 ; 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ; 17 , 18 ) form a main body (F 1 , F 2 ) each.

         5 . Carrier insert as in claim 4 , characterised by that the connection points ( 24 , 25 ) are situated at the ends (F 1 a , F 1 b , F 2 a , F 2 b ) of the main bodies (F 1 , F 2 ).
