Abstract

A digital smart real showcase control system ( 100 ) can control a showcase with minimum required energy by quickly and properly controlling the showcase as a result of comprising an external air temperature input unit ( 11 ) configured to input an external air temperature, an external air temperature table ( 12 ) that stores past external air temperatures, an external air temperature prediction unit ( 13 ) configured to predict a future predicted external air temperature, an indoor temperature input unit ( 14 ) configured to input an indoor temperature, an indoor humidity input unit ( 15 ) configured to input an indoor humidity, an indoor enthalpy storage unit ( 16 ) configured to store past indoor enthalpies, an indoor enthalpy prediction unit ( 17 ) configured to predict a future predicted indoor enthalpy, a showcase control unit ( 18 ) configured to control a showcase temperature based on a predicted external air temperature and a predicted indoor enthalpy.

1 . A digital smart real showcase control system comprising:
 an indoor temperature input means configured to input indoor temperature information;   an indoor humidity input means configured to input indoor humidity information;   an enthalpy calculation means configured to calculate an enthalpy being a total wet air heating value of indoor air from an indoor temperature inputted from the indoor temperature input means and an indoor humidity inputted from the indoor humidity input means;   an external air temperature input means configured to input external air temperature information;   an external air temperature prediction means configured to predict a future predicted external air temperature from external air temperature information inputted by the external air temperature input means; and   a control means configured to control a showcase temperature based on a predicted external air temperature predicted by the external air temperature prediction means,   wherein the control means performs energy-saving control of the showcase temperature by a quantity of a temperature-dependent control coefficient,   wherein   temperature-dependent control coefficient=control coefficient−(control coefficient×deviating temperature coefficient)   control coefficient=(1−operation coefficient)×safety factor   deviating temperature coefficient=(showcase temperature−target temperature)/permissible temperature range   operation coefficient=external air temperature coefficient×enthalpy coefficient×reference operation coefficient   external air temperature coefficient=predicted external air temperature/reference external air temperature   enthalpy coefficient=enthalpy/reference enthalpy.   
     
     
         2 . The digital smart real showcase control system according to  claim 1 , comprising:
 a storage means configured to store past external air temperatures, wherein   the external air temperature prediction means predicts a predicted external air temperature based on data stored in the storage means.

The digital smart real showcase control system according to  claim 1 , wherein the external air temperature prediction means predicts a future predicted external air temperature for a time, corresponding to a length of a refrigerant pipe connecting the showcase and a freezing machine, ahead. 
     
     
         5 . The digital smart real showcase control system according to  claim 1 , comprising:
 an indoor enthalpy prediction means configured to predict a predicted indoor enthalpy from the indoor temperature inputted from the indoor temperature input means and the indoor humidity inputted from the indoor humidity input means,   wherein the control means controls a showcase temperature based on an indoor enthalpy predicted by the indoor enthalpy prediction means.   
     
     
         6 . The digital smart real showcase control system according to  claim 1 , wherein the control means controls the showcase based on a predicted bias external air temperature obtained by adding a bias temperature for correcting a high temperature around a condenser to the predicted external air temperature. 
     
     
         7 . A digital smart real showcase control method comprising:
 an indoor temperature input step of inputting indoor temperature information;   an indoor humidity input step of inputting indoor humidity information;   an enthalpy calculation step of calculating an enthalpy being a total wet air heating value of indoor air from an indoor temperature inputted from the indoor temperature input means and an indoor humidity inputted from the indoor humidity input means;   an external air temperature input step of inputting external air temperature information;   an external air temperature prediction step of predicting a future predicted external air temperature from external air temperature information inputted by the external air temperature input step; and   a control step of controlling a showcase temperature based on a predicted external air temperature predicted by the external air temperature prediction step,   wherein the control step performs energy-saving control of the showcase temperature by a quantity of a temperature-dependent control coefficient,   wherein   temperature-dependent control coefficient=control coefficient−(control coefficient×deviating temperature coefficient)   control coefficient=(1−operation coefficient)×safety factor   deviating temperature coefficient=(showcase temperature−target temperature)/permissible temperature range   operation coefficient=external air temperature coefficient×enthalpy coefficient×reference operation coefficient   external air temperature coefficient=predicted external air temperature/reference external air temperature   enthalpy coefficient=enthalpy/reference enthalpy.
