Abstract
A Partner of Sld Five 1 (PSF1)-derived peptide that can induce a Cytotoxic T-Cell (CTL) response useful for a specific immunotherapy for cancer patients and a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing cancer, which contains the peptide according to the present invention are described.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of inducing cytotoxic T-cell activity in a patient or a cell comprising the steps of: preparing a vector that encodes the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8 and/or SEQ ID NO: 9, wherein the peptide has cytotoxic T-cell inducibility and administering the vector to the patient or the cell.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the cell is an antigen presenting cell.
3 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein the antigen presenting cell is obtained from a HLA-A02 + cancer patient.
4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein a cancer cell obtained from the cancer patient expresses Partner of Sld five 1 (PSF 1) on its surface.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
